Jude is bonding with Lucianne, who is definitely a Regalis and not just a random Emy character he thinks is nice.
Where He Wants To Be: Jude has the potential to be anywhere he wants to be. He's only actually in one place at a time, but the potential is there just the same. If he wants to be somewhere, he is, teleporting instantly. Distance, locked doors, none of that is a significant drawback to Jude. He can also teleport to things and people, even if he doesn't know exactly where they are.

To start he's not going to have, uh, clear control of this power. He's going to just teleport willy nilly because he's wherever he happens to want to be, and isn't making a conscious choice. He'll have to get it under control before he can use it properly.
