Going to do some touchups of various powers. Some are upgrades, some are not, but it's basically a refinement.
Upgrade / Rewrite:
Efficiency: Angelo is capable of performing mastered actions nearly instantly. To master an action, he needs to have performed the action at least once a day for ten days in an identical manner. This action also allows him to speed-read, absorbing all knowledge just by flipping through the book.
About the same speed, or a smidge faster (so fast it's blurred -> near instant), now requires 10 days rather than 7 because that makes more sense to me, removed 5 minute limit that realistically never mattered anyway, and now allows speed reading. A net upgrade.
Downgrade / Rewrite:
Enchanting: Angelo is capable of imbuing magical effects onto existing items. The more complex and powerful an effect, the more difficult it is to produce. Permanence is also a factor; Temporary effects are easier to produce than permanent ones. Even a simple, temporary effect takes at least an hour to produce, and doing so is tiring.
He's losing his ability to create items in a way that's easier than enchanting stuff after the fact.
I'm also going to take this time to convert his app stuff from Jude to Angelo, including in powers.

Artificing: Jude is capable of producing magical items or imbuing a magical effect upon an existing item. The more complex and powerful an effect, the more difficult it is to produce. The other factor is permanence. Temporary effects are easier to produce than permanent ones. Creating an artifact from scratch makes getting a desired effect much easier than imbuing an item after the fact. Even a simple temporary enchantment would take at least an hour to do, and producing anything complex is exhausting enough that Jude has to sleep afterwards to recover.
