(Yes it is possible, I think.... ;) runs off to check... hm... can lightning be moved by wind? It says nothing directly about the subject... It says that wind makes lightning move faster, so my guess is it can go against it too. My word to much info to check on!)
Allie was enjoying this, her powers could work with and against his. So she had a pretty good chance of winning....
Allie quickly dodged it... She had to stop those clouds from gathering without killing herself... She wondered if she could split her powers like he did... She quickly sent a huge tornado up too move the clouds...
Allie quickly run behind the nearest tree... The lightning bolt hit it... She focused her powers on spliting... She held up one hand for the tree wind came thru it slow at first... But soon it got stronger she motioned in circles with her other free hand the wind above was moving the clouds in fast circles....
