Stephen continued to run easily around the gym. But now he was watching the girl from before sitting on a bench. A small smile came to his lips as he saw what she planned to do.

The smallest fire spirit, never having enough patience or attention to have serious conversations, wasn't involved in the debate. Watching the woman try this to Aike, he giggles to no end and blasts the root in a bath of flames. Jolting out of the conversation, Aike stares between the small fire spirit and the blaze infront of him. Sighing, he waves a hand and the blaze dies down to a decent sized camp fire, much to the dismay of all three spirits. Completely ignoring the fact that something had actually happened, he goes back to urging something upon the largest of the three while stopping to stand by the fire.

(I was kinda hoping someone would try something  )

Nicole crossed her arms and pouted. "You're no fun," she muttered under her breath. Then standing up, she began walking over towards him thinking, What burned my spell anyway? I didn't even see him flinch! Nevertheless she had a 'vine bind' spell backed up in case she needed it.

Still not paying attention to the woman walking tward him, his conversation would eventually reach her ears the closer she got.

"I'm telling you, I have no idea, but you can't be right, I mean..."

Yeah, it's only a theory, but it's the best thing we've got. Even we ca-...

Clearing his throat, Aike looks around and finally notices the dismayed woman walking tward him. Great, what am I in trouble for that I didn't do this time... Sighing, he brushed some hair from one side of his face.

Nicole walked straight up to him. "How did you do that without lifting a finger?" She demanded. "How did you burn that root in an instant when it seemed obvious you were empty headed?" Nicole glared at him. He ruined her fun and it seemed that he also talked to himself. Oh great, she thought. I'm talking to an insane pyrokinetic!

Coughing into the back of his hand, Aike gave her an odd look. "First of all... I didn't do it. Second, I'm not empty headed, but having... WAS having, an indepth debate with one of the spirits. The smallest one was the one that caused the fire. Was it something of yours? I wasn't paying attention, but it burns well."

Nicole frowned. "That's because it's wood!" She growled, upset that he didn't seem to care that wood was a living breathing entity. As for his 'spirits,' she wasn't so sure she liked the thought of that. Spirits tended to be fickle creatures and VERY mischevious. "I'm Nicole..." She said grudgingly. "Earth witch and plant empath."

Saying simply, "Aikanaro. Pyro." He goes back to talking to the two inch flame infront of his face.

"Ok seriously, how can you not know? I mean, I know where I came from."

I...we... are a little different. Besides, you wouldn't understand if I told you.

"Ah ha! So you do know!"

Oh, shut it. Of course we know. The point is, you CAN'T!

What about chickens? Cause I like my sausages.

Nicole cocked her head to the side. The origin of spirits? Is that what they were arguing about? Her first mentor had always taught her that were present before humans were even considered for creation. Without spirits, no magick or ability would work. She smirked at Aikanaro. "My, your spirits must not like you very much if they won't tell you their origin."

Sighing, having been interupted again, he physically turns to her and stares disaprovingly at her before speaking. "My, your parents must not have taught you manners very well. Whether they like me or not, I don't care, but they continue to follow me around for more reasons they won't explain. I know the medium sized one doesn't like me, or if he does, he loves me and doesn't want me to get the clue. Either way, unless you have business other than butting in and criticizing my fire spirits, I've got inv... other things to do."

Ha, now we're HIS fire spirits.

Oh shut up. Let's hurry up before it gets dark.
