Jason comes off as a very friendly individual, he seems to love helping people and love people in general. In truth, this is a facade, a false face put forward to hide the corrupt being he really is, the facade is actually very good, its near impossible to tell that he has any evil intentions. Underneath the facade is madness, a torrent of twisted emotions, he has an obsession with harming fellow angels and demons in a demented attempt to find purpose and deal with his own past traumas, being raised in limbo has badly damaged his mind, largely stripping him of his empathy and any sense of morality he might of had at one time. He's developed an obsession with his father, and in a way is using the murders to draw him in, planning to leave clues about his identity for him to find.
•Active:
-Life Leach: he has the ability to drain the life force out of people via touch, if used the victim will immediately feel the affects at first the affect will be minor, like slight tiredness, but the longer the drain the greater the affect, eventually the victim would pass out and even die if continued.
Weakness: can only be used in his human form and has to touch the victim.
-Dual Hand Scythes: his weapons of choice, indestructible and always kept with his armored form, if stolen they will auto-summon back.
Alternate Form: a powerful form.
-Wings of pure light energy allow him to fly via levitation. Can fly around 50 miles an hour.
-Is covered in very durable armor. He can survive the blast of a grenade though it will injure him.
-Is very strong, able to lift a ton.
•Passive:
Human form: basically human, can use a smaller pair of his wings.
Eternal Life: he stopped aging in his 20s
Immunity to Death: if killed he's sent to limbo for a few weeks before returning.
•Weaknesses
-Holy Items: Sense he's half demon half angel his active weakness would depend on his alignment, currently his dedicating his life to murder and death, so he's vulnerable to holy items and weapons. Holy items weaken him, if there anywhere within twenty feet of him they cut his strength in half and make it impossible to use his life draining powers, they also physically burn him even through the armor, and holy weapons can permanently kill him.

-Then, something happened. A fallen angel, made with grief, came to Manta Carlos.
-And in his mad grief this fallen angel began killing angels and demons, believing he was bringing balance
-His final victims were Jason and his mother. The last words Jason heard the mad rantings of the fallen angel.
-His soul was drawn into limbo by a mad aspect of death who was intrigued by the boy. The Death sent him floating into the void to see how he'd react.
-For ten years he suffered through this awful void.
-Then he was found, not by angel or demon, but by the mad Death, an aspect of death, one who had corrupted the fallen angel.
-This mad Death took Jason to his realm where he would be able to age normally again, and for years he taught him, corrupted him, just like he had the fallen angel.
-Finally corrupted, mad and believing that angels and demons living on Earth is a mistake he's sent back to the mortal realm.
-Using a new name he reentered Manta Carlos, with the purpose of continuing his predecessors work. With one person in particular he wants to draw out, his father.
