Jay has a height and build which makes her seem a little bit younger than she actually is. She stands at 5’3, which is roughly the height of a 13 year old girl rather than a 16 year old girl. She has a small and delicate build with no muscle. She is also, lack for a better word, rather flat. This does make her look a little younger.
She has extremely pale skin, like, so pale you have to question whether she has actually ever seen the sun. She will not change a shade throughout the entire year. She has no scarring or markings across her body. Skin is soft to the touch, and bruises rather easily.
She has shorter, very light grey hair. The style could almost be messy, yet it also isn’t. It is soft to the touch.
Jay has bright blue eyes which seem to be bright and shining, even in the darkest lighting.
Jay is usually wearing comfortable and loose clothing. It’s still not the kind that can be used for a lot of activity, but it’s definitely comfortable, being warm in colder weather but loose enough for cold weather.
When she’s wearing her school uniform, Jay looks like she should be on the cover of a pamphlet to advertise the school: her uniform is always perfect, and never messy.
Personality Description: As described by her mothers, and by many people that know, she does not have a bad bone in her body. She is extremely kind to anyone, and can never hold a grudge. She enjoys helping others, and would refuse any reward in return. This has proven to be a fault on more than one occasion. She has a strong sense of empathy, and truly tries to place herself in another’s shoes.
When she sees unkindness, it breaks her heart. Any unkindness upsets her, and even has the potential to cause her to cry. However, she does not get as upset if the unkindness is directed at her.
Active Abilities: Healing Bond - Jay is able to form a bond with someone which greatly increases their own regeneration. For an average human, the bond will make them recover from a serious injury within a couple of weeks, provided the bond is continuously active during this time. For other species, the time varies depending the species. For minor wounds, they can be healed within minutes. Jay can only maintain a healing bond with one person, and can keep the bond going forever but the bond continuously drains her energy. The longer it is active, the more energy it drains. Eventually, she would die from exhaustion if the bond was maintained. Has an indefinite range of activity, but its effectiveness decreases the further away Jay gets. At around 75m away, her healing will only be a slight improvement to the original rate of healing.
Despite having healing abilities, she cannot use them on herself.
Empathic Bond - An ability which goes hand in hand with her healing bond. She is able to form a bond with someone, and the Jay can feel the emotions of the bonded. Currently, she has no control on who the empathic bond is linked to, but it will usually link to the person she is healing, someone experiencing intense emotions, or someone she knows and cares about. She will one day be able to control who she empathically bonds to. She has the potential to pass her own emotions to the bonded person.
There is no duration or range to the link, and drains no energy. An empathic link can essentially last forever, over any distance, at no cost.
Passive Abilities: Pain Sense - Jay is able to experience a milder form of any physical pain from people within a 10ft radius. The pain is a heavily reduced form compared to what the person is actually experiencing. A small cut that stings a little won’t be felt by Jay. Major wounds that cause a significant amount of pain would be bearable for Jay, but it would basically notify her on who is feeling pain. Milder pain is harder for her to pinpoint who is experiencing it, while more severe pain is easier to pinpoint. Power cannot be deactivated.
Immortality - When Jay turns 20, she will become immortal and will be unable to die from old age. If she is killed, there is a chance she could be revived if there is someone who cares about her enough. The time on how this occurs is unlimited, but obviously if the people who care about her and could bring her revival die, she will not be revived.
Weaknesses: Envy - She is not able to blatantly sense envy, but she can guess if someone is feeling envious due to her own emotions. When someone feels envy near Jay, she will start feeling inexplicably upset. Mild envy won’t have any effect, but moderate and severe has ranging degrees of distress for Jay. An envy demon, by default, can make her be on the verge of tears. If two people experiencing severe envy are near Jay, or if there are two envy demons near Jay, she has a chance of breaking down into sobbing.
If the envy causing her distress is because the person is envious of Jay, she will experience extreme discomfort. This makes her even more upset. She will be unable to form her bonds with anyone, and any damage done to her during this time will take longer to heal. This effect lasts half an hour after the person envious of her either stops being envious, or leaves the range of 30m.

Biography: Jay was the result of a brief union between her mother, a simple angel, and her other biological parent, her father, archangel Ramiel. Despite discovering she was pregnant, Jay’s mother had scheduled to move to Manta Carlos by the time she found out. But she didn’t want to hold off the plans so she moved anyway after coming to the agreement that the child would occasionally visit their father.
Jay’s mother has a peculiar sense of humour... or nativity. When Jay was born, she was named Jake for the simple reason that Jay’s mother liked the name. She didn’t really understand that the name was supposed to be a boy’s name. She quickly took to calling Jay by her current nickname.
Her mother began work right away, and had a pride demon colleague. The two originally blatantly disliked each other, but after a while, they bonded. After a year of knowing each other, and when Jay was 6 months old, her mother and the demon started dating.
After an additional year, the pair got engaged. Jay, being a year and a half, never found her mother’s relationship odd. All she knew was that her mother was happy. She quickly considered the demon, her step-mother to be, also as her mother.
Jay’s step-mother moved in along with her son. Jay’s new step-brother. His name was Zachary. While being closer to a 2 year old by this point, Zach was around 6. He conflicted with his parents’ relationship for a while, but eventually accepted the family as well.
By the time Jay was around 3, her mothers got married. The family made their last name ‘Lied’. Mostly because the couple found it funny when they said their full name. But, also as an idea that they felt the idea that an angel and demon couldn’t be together, or that it was wrong... was a lie.
