Basic Hydrokinesis - Using his voice, Jae can sing various notes that can manipulate a maximum of one liter of water. He can push it, pull it, or make vague bobby shapes. He can maintain this for as long as he can maintain the song and his concentration. The water must be within ten feet of himself . When he stops singing, or moves water beyond his range, the water returns to normal.
