Jack's is a well-known butcher shop and one of the longest running stores for 'people-eaters.' The business is up to standard with all the laws and regulations that come with selling human (and other species meat). The staff and the business owner, Bradley Davis, are well known for their eccentric personalities and ability to appease even the prickliest of customers.
Located in the Downtown area. Jack's is an innocuous enough building with large windows to look in on the staff. Inside, the shop isn't any darker. It's small enough that whoever is manning the counter can see everyone who comes and goes and exactly what they're doing.
Most of the choice cuts out in the open are, in fact, not human meat at all, as Jack's also sells a variety of normal cuts for anyone who finds their way into the shop without knowing exactly what it specializes in.
Jack's is known to sell their goods to many reputable restaurants (both for people eaters and not) and the proprietor, Bradley Davis, has worked with the police a few times to examine and identify possible cases involving creatures with a craving for flesh.

The second is Eddy, a shrunken head nailed to the counter which serves as the business 'bell.' He is a foul-mouthed little thing that's generally only awake during the night when the crazier crowd of Jack's is out and about.
In the back of the shop is where the butching is done, along with a decent sized employee lounge where the staff is known to goof off (rumor has it they may or may not sword fight using arms).
