This young teen is five foot three in height, and has a slim, but strong build; as one would expect of a swimmer. She weighs no more than a hundred and fifteen pounds. Her long, straight hair is a shade of alabaster white, with stripes of gold throughout that act as seals for her power and spirit. Bright golden pools shine brightly on her complexion, along with high cheekbones and fine facial features. Izuna’s clothing of choice includes bright colors and simplistic designs, all while the attire remains comfortable and easy to move in. As accessories, she wears a gold band on each wrist, as extra seals on her power. These seals float slightly, often rarely touching the skin.Fisher of shadows, ploughman of the moon.

Personality Description:
Izuna is a colorful individual, who enjoys playful games and anything fun. Despite being on her own, she attempts to engage in daily life from a fun perspective, enjoying even the smallest of little pleasures. Things from eating delicious snacks, carrying her favorite book around, and being included in the many games and socials teens her age hold are included in this list of happiness. Sunny days, cloudless nights, all woven together by a cool and refreshing breeze are her preferences, as opposed to the gloominess of other periods of bad weather.
This young girl is very bubbly, and generally polite to those around her. She gives off a sweet and childish demeanor, and attempts to be respectful and formal when she can, if she is treated well. She strongly sticks to the saying “treat others the way you wish to be treated”. Unfortunately, this brings out a weakness in Izuna; her sensitivity. Should she take something the wrong way, the punishments can be great, as she resorts to either passive or outright aggression.
Passive aggression first brings out the desire to manipulate, all mentally, emotionally, and socially. Socially, it is not hard to destroy someone by planting seeds of disgust and doubt in the minds of others. Many times, the target might not even realize this strategy of aggression, until the seeds have begun to sprout, and the rumors that are spread reach their ears. Generally, this method is safer when it comes to ‘getting even’, as a good chunk of the time, the culprit who started it cannot be traced.
The other option in passive aggression is emotionally manipulating an individual, which becomes a terrible habit of Izuna, who resorts to it by nature. This often includes guilt-tripping, and oftentimes, the manipulation is not even intentional, nor is the one doing it conscious of their actions. With her sensitivity, this young girl finds it easy to break first, emotionally, and as a result, resort to crying and protesting, along with justifications, if needed. Taking advantage of the emotions of others, and their feelings of pity or guilt, she puts this use of manipulation to the test. A good amount of the time, she finds it successful, which encourages her to continue.
Mental manipulation simply implies the ability to persuade the actions and thought process of someone via clever words. These can include skillfully using compliments and uplifting words to give someone a better mental image of someone. Another technique is making promises and presenting temptations and prizes in order to weigh in on somebody’s mind. The opposite of this would be throwing negative and demeaning jabs, in order to slowly and surely crush someone, usually another sensitive person, like her.
Outright aggression is present too, once somebody angers Izuna too far. Passive aggression typically follows being upset, disappointed, or irritated, while true aggression follows someone angering or truly annoying this young girl. This comes in the form of harsh retaliations or counters either verbally, or directly physically attacking someone, and picking the real fight. Naturally, this does not always end well, and leaves Izuna more hurt and defeated than before.
To swing things to another brighter note, a true interest of this young teen includes reading, and seeing into the world beyond the island via her books, usually well illustrated. A picture can be worth a thousand words, or a thousand well-written words can paint the same picture in Izuna’s mind. Having pretty much raised herself, a favorite pastime included retreating into her books when she had nothing better to do. As a result, despite being so young, she gained a good amount of general knowledge, and enjoyed learning about new things that piqued her interest. Oftentimes, the teaching in school could be boring, though Izuna never would miss an opportunity to show off the knowledge she had learned on her own. If possible, she would engage in debates, and grew to love deep discussions, and even playing the devil’s advocate when possible.
Along with this knowledge comes at least a bit of an ego, which unfortunately supports another weakness. Izuna often falls into recalcitrant behavior when it comes to those who have not earned her personal respect. By default, she attempts to be polite and respectful towards adults and teachers. However, should one press her buttons, belittle her, or directly offend her, she grows a rather broad shield of stubbornness, becoming increasingly obstinate when around them. When this happens, she relies on being able to fight back, and manipulate, usually via guilt-tripping.
In the end, all this young girl truly wants is attention. Between raising herself, and having no parents to show their appreciation for what she had to offer, and genuine love and affection for her as a person, Izuna grew to feel that strong need for all of it. As a result, she maintains a tendency to want to show off, and exaggerate at times for the sole purpose of seeking even just a tiny bit of attention. Unfortunately, she may go as far as pulling off reckless pranks or antics, or even bring it to the point of getting herself hurt, should she feel deprived enough.
At least, positively, she remains a bold and brave individual, who is happy to be blunt in a good light, should the situation permit. She is clever and calculating, and is able to utilize the ability of critical thinking and creative problem solving for whenever the opportunity arises. She is an intuitive thinker, and usually prefers abstract thoughts over one’s typical down to earth realities. The unrealistic thinking is often aided by her stubborn personality, though fortunately is not obsessive.
Anything that gives her attention motivates Izuna, as well as random small things that make her happy. Be it her favorite food, or the promise of a fun activity, she can be easily persuaded in the end, depending on the circumstance. However, some of the fears that weight on the young girl’s mind are rather generic. Despite her bold personality, Izuna fears both pain and agony, and most notably and obvious, fears death. The youthful student is scared of the idea of suffering, and despite the fact that she may rush blindly into fights, in the end she would only be left begging and pleading for her life.
Overall, Izuna your typical bubbly and perky young teenager. She is sensitive to a fault, almost, though somewhat makes up for it with her wily and sagacious mind and wit. Like any individual, she suffers her own fears and weaknesses, though puts forward her best effort to overcome them with her strengths.

Spirit Description: A Kyrrava is a unique type of spirit, one that aligns itself with light and holiness, and typically has properties of healing and purification, as well as sealing or destroying corruption. Each one has its own unique form, generally based on some animal or mythical creature, made of white spirit, with various colored markings. They wander the unseen realm of the spirits, often purging corruption in their wake, or being devoured by it. Their counterpart is the Nyrrava, a spirit of curse and corruption. As with all dark and light sides, the two are at odds, with the Kyrrava, light spirits, being the spiritual manifestation of purification and the Nyrrava, dark spirits, being the spiritual manifestation of corruption. Both types of spirits share a tongue, often used to wield their abilities in combat with one another.

However, whenever the seals are gone, the Kyrrava power slowly destroys the human body, causing intense agony after a few minutes of being in the state. If she stays in it too long, her bones will begin to break, followed by her organs and skin rupturing, until she is finally torn to pieces by the sheer force of the purifying energy. Thirty minutes in, she will start to feel sharp pain. An hour in, and she will feel her bones beginning to fracture. After two hours, her organs are ruptured. Any more than two hours will kill her human body. This is when all three seals are removed. When only one is gone, this duration is tripled. When two are gone, it is only doubled. However, only having half a form is generally useless and tires Izuna out within an hour if not all seals are removed, often forcing her to pass out. The seals can be broken by extreme emotions of any sort, or by an expert using a spell to remove them. After she has been resealed, she is unable to break the seals again for a few days.
Powers:
Purification: As a Kyrrava, Izuna’s spirit is said to be a spiritual manifestation of purification itself. As such, she specializes in magic that destroys corruption and darkness, while bringing healing and light in its wake. Oftentimes, her element of purification appears to take the form of a bright golden or pure white flame, which she can utilize to deal damage to any impure or unholy, evil beings, or slowly heal or purify a holy or neutral being. Her incantations to use her subpowers must be said and done in the tongue of the Kyrrava, stalling her for a few moments before use of any.

Biography:
Born into a family she never knew, who were killed during a gruesome time of war and terrorism, the two year old child was approached by a Bakedanuki, who owed a debt to a unique being. The creature was none other than a spirit of light and purification, a Kyrrava, weakened, and barely able to live on its own. It held the form of a tiny eastern dragonoid fox, with white fur and a long tail, with various golden markings. The spirit was sealed inside the dying child by the Bakedanuki, though instead of simply healing the body and remaining in the background, the child’s spirit remained comatose. As such, the Kyrrava became the main being in control of the child’s body, changing the hair color to alabaster white. Because of the young brain, however, the spirit lost hold of all of its memories, forced to take on the identity and knowledge of a two year old.
With her debt still unpaid, the Bakedanuki took it upon herself to raise the now-possessed child. The tanuki assumed the shape of a human, and named the child ‘Izuna’, with the spirit having reminded her of the traditional Kudagitsune. Despite living in the safety of quiet towns, it was not long before the young Izuna discovered her purification magic, and was sent off to Starlight Academy, with Rika, the Bakedanuki, following close behind as a teacher.
However, as she continued through the lower and middle grades, Izuna began to recognize words of a language she had never encountered before, all within her mind. The runes of the script became known to her, as did the grammar structure. Taking note of the Kyrrava’s basic memories coming back, and its power growing, Rika began to apply more seals to the young girl, in hope of keeping the human body from being destroyed from the relentless inner power. She claimed the magic, golden bands on the wrists, and golden seals in the hair, would protect the girl, and allow her to hone her purification skills with ease. A half-truth which the ignorant Izuna believed.
Currently, she still believes that she is a human who can use purification magic. In the unpredictable space of Starlight Academy, however, how long will she remain without discovering her Kyrrava identity?
Additional Information: Izuna is not aware that she is a Kyrrava. However, I am open to someone revealing it to her at some point.
