
Ah, weird Manta Carlos worthy shit. He knew what that was. William couldn't help but grin a little, even if he was just staring down into the water.
He brushed off his apology with a vague flick of his wrist.
"Not a concern. You are free to swear as much as you'd like on your own time." William himself wasn't much of a sailor, but he knew a few choice curses in his own mother tongue that he wouldn't dare use around the ones who taught him when he grew up. He knew how it was. Once upon a time, he'd had a life outside school, too.
"Everybody has their own issues here as well, I imagine..." He hadn't meant that to sound as forlorn as it did. "But people have their reasons. We're all just trying to get better, now aren't we?"
