He laughed, pulling open the door to the infirmary; a nurse glanced up at the noise, eyes widening as she saw who it was. He wriggled his fingers in a wave, pulling open a door to an examining room and lightly placing the girl onto the paper covered table.

"You can not mention you're plannin' on seeing me again." He offered, flashing a quick wink and pulling open the door for the furious nurse. He held up a hand to cut her off before she started, announcing "sorry, but I didn't do it." with an apologetic shrug. Another turn back to Callie, and he bent his head slightly so he was staring right into her eyes. "You going to be all right? She's a good nurse, this one, if not a bit short with her temper." Another grin, another wink, this time directed back at the short woman still standing by the door.

Max grinned, raising an eyebrow. "Eager to get rid of me?" He shook his head to show he was teasing, turning to the nurse and leaning over to mutter something in her ear about the girl; the nurse nodded, and he opened the door with a flourish and a wave to the two or three white-clothed orderlies crowded around the door. "Back to my room, then?"
