''The one at the door can wait all he wants, I care not.'' She said. 'Its some annoying human suitor that thinks I am some sad widow he needs to make joyful again.''

He chuckled, "Aww, how sweet. Isn't he dumb though, he shouldn't be trying to get married he should be running from such a inconvience as to marrying someone just to make them happy when marriage should be two ways." He sighed, he wasn't one big on romance. But that was him afterall more interested in the race of vampires than a Human wife or some family which would only die away.

''He can't take a hint even if it bit him in the butt.''

Ryo chuckled more this situation was quite hillarious. "Why haven't you just beat him, he wouldn't have told anyone you did so since he's so madly smitten in love with you. Unless he was a useless twirp." He said already hatching a plan to rid her of this annoying pest for a price. But he wouldn't openly state his price, though his price would prolly turn into something long like learning more about blood magic and other amazing traits of vampires.

''He allways bangs at my door, demanding I marry him... 'I'm filing a lawsuit against him for harrassement. But you have a good idea, my walls do need decorations after all.'' [/I]

He demounted himself off the wall, using the handles of the blades as support. He always carried anti-vemon/poison things incase he goofed or something. He wasn't a complete idiot. "I'll take care of him for you." He went to the door and opened it before Rayana could say a word. "Excuse me, I'm Ryo Drake, you need to leave my wife alone. My job often leads me out of the home often and it's hard for her, but even worse when you come pestering her acting like she's unwed. Seriously, just because she didn't change her name when we married doesn't mean she's not taken. Now back off before I call the police and report you for harrassment and stalking charges." He said looking angry and annoyed as if she really was his wife.

His breathing was rapid as if enraged, he stopped. "I want you to apoligize to my wife for your most annoying and aggreviating behavior." He motioned for Rayana to show her presence so she could get a apoligy for the man's irrational behavior. "We got married a month ago, at the town hall incase you wanted to know."

''I wouldn't call him dumb, I'd go more for mentally retarded.'' She replied with a smirk. ''Why I haven't beaten him up yet? He's not worth my anger.''

That last one had been said with a shrug.

''And, he is a useless twirp.''

She looked on unemotionally when he stepped out of her little shiny blades, she had expected no less. Shrugging she followed the other man to the door, a slight irritation in her steps at actually having to follow anything anywhere. It translated in a stiffness of her squared shoulders and a glare to his back from time to time. She actually listened to his rant. He had good acting skills it seems. Good story too, if it wasn't for the fact that she was 'married' to him. Seing the anger Ryo was showing, the young man at her door darted off after a quick stuttered appologise. She closed the door and walked to the kitchen, shifting through the cabinets to find the things for a pot of tea or two. She set the pot on her stove and let it boil and prepared tea. She rubbed the bridge of her nose again, setting to sip her tea, ignoring him, only gesturing for him to sit himself at the table.

''Where to start...'' She pondered. ''Vampires have lived alongside humans for as long as humans existed.''

She tapped her chin in thought.

''The first vampire appeared in the early stages of humanity. That woman was named Betelgeuse, she was shaman of her tribe. She sought a way to cure an illness going through her tribe, but she onmly succeeded into modifying it, thus those fallen to it became vampires instead of dieing.''

There was some osrt of respect for the mother of asll vampires seeping into her voice.

''She was later killed by her own children.'' She continued. ''Those first vampires were called demons, the living dead. From the first demons came the royal lines that could pride themselves of a direct bloodline to the first vampires, that did not include turned ones. Do you follow so far?''

"Actually... I didn't come for that, but considering your hospitality early I decided to not pose my real intention since you weren't in the mood to give it." He said bluntly a serious tone now, he looked more serious and business like now. "Since I did you a favor, I suppose I can ask you a favor as well. Ever since my family was killed I saw a kind of people who were strong, I had quite a longing to be able to learn about them. I found out most of the history about how they came about and other such things. I've investigated months, years, decades on this. You see, my town was against such advanced humans or demons.

They were against being strong and firm, because of it they were obliterated. I'm not here for revenge, but I'm here to learn more about rituals, abilities, blood magic and such. I know you don't want to prolly give out that information to a good for nothing human. But I will make it worth your while, you could consider me your servant till I've learned it all.

I want to record records of rituals and such. Not every vampire will live forever, we all know something eventually happens to cause them death. Either hunters, or some other stupid fate. This would give them something if you wished it to be passed on. And you can rest at ease that I would never give humans or hunters a drop of information about vampires because they don't see the gap of power."
He sighed looking at her, "I know your powerful and I respect your elderlyness. I myself am two thousand and seven years of age. I know I will eventually die, I'm able to live as long as a dragon. But we all know dragons don't live nearly as long as vampires but that's besides the point. Will you teach me?" He expected a very blunt no or maybe a violent no. He wasn't very good with vampire women or women in general. He never was a charmer, he was a tracker, he wasn't a lover or something romantic. He had more interests in the vampire race than the fairer sex.

A scrowl covered her face as he exposed his case. But is was cleanly wiped off her face in a timely manner. Conniving little worthless human he was. She didn't really like him all that much. He talked so coldly of what his life had been, it made her want to be sick, not that she could be. Lies allways lies, there was no honesty around her it seemed.

''No matter what you say, written information can allways be tracked.'' She replied. '' Records are no use if they can be read by enemies. Our records are under more security than you can imagine, I doubt you can come up with something better.''

She leaned unto her elbows, fingers interwined below her chin. She looked at the younger man, eyes without any emotion.

''I cannot give you any that you ask without being assured it will not fall into the wrong hands.'' She continued. ''Even if it is only stored in your mind, I know some people that do not need to be able to read your mind but can take information from you without you percieving any of it.''

She shrugged, not really caring about him, but more about her specie's secrets. His thirst for knowledge was not worth risking a whole people. He was less important than her people. Knowledge such as he was asking could be detrimental to them if it fell into the hands of the hunters.

''I thank you for helping me with that little matter of that young man but I simply cannot take such a risk.'' The vampire said firmly. ''Unless you wish to become one of us...''

That last part had been added ferally. A large very sadistic grin had taken place on her fine visage. But she coughed delicately into her hand before she just let her expression go down to a more normal one. It could be disturbing to a lot of people after all.

''Anyways, you have my answer, for now.'' She continued. '' I suggest you come up with something to protect you mind and that will keep you from ever telling anything I could ever tell you on that particular matter in any circomstances.''

"I have." He said with a smirk. He took out a tiny diskette, "This is a custom disk which only works on my computer. Which will only show the custom slot if I authorize it. It's a custom laptop that only works in my hands, if in the enemies hands it self destructs making all the information disappear from it's system as well as the components in the computer. Also this disc can be speed erased by using my ring to erase it's memory." He said with a smirk, showing a red ring that looked royal. "A old friend gave me this ring so I maade modifications to it so it would be handy in situations to deal with vampires."

''I cannot give you any that you ask without being assured it will not fall into the wrong hands. He smirked, "I figured you'd say something like that, though seriously if you distrust only people that aren't your kind then that's just dumb. A lot of idiot vampires would sell out that information to have their life saved. Isn't it better to give it to someone you have a 100% chance of killing if you put your mind to it? Instead of saying, I'll give you the information if your a vampire." He sighed, "It's a messed up logic, since you could kill me much easier with me not being a vampire. Since after all I already live as long as a Dragon without aging much, though they only live so long. But still I can mimic powers other than vampiric ones, to become a vampire I'd lose that and only get a minor boost in life span and speed and strength." He said with a dull sigh, "The information would be worth the drop in other abilities except for the fact there's still no garentee you'll tell me after I'm turned."

''Anyways, you have my answer, for now. I suggest you come up with something to protect you mind and that will keep you from ever telling anything I could ever tell you on that particular matter in any circomstances.''

"Heh, your a strange one. I forgot, what's your name?" He smirked, "You know people say your royality, usually elders are. Hence their incrediable extent of informational resources, sadly people who know this are very few. Shame I can't research more on your background, it'd be fun to find something you wanted hidden." He said looking at her. "Okay, you win. I'll become a vampire, only because there's no use in living if I never finish my work. If this will get me most of the information on rituals and blood magic then I guess it's worth it." He said with a shrug of his shoulders. He took off his long black jacket and smirked, "If you want you can drink my blood, it's the last time it'll taste like dragon blood." He said micheviously. He wondered how elders held themselves while drinking one's blood. He had seen many bloodlust killers that would end up loaded with blood. And others that wouldn't have a drop of blood show outside of their mouth. He wondered what kind of killer this elder was.
