The school hall was just about cleared with only a few passing students still around with the school day now ended, it was a relief for many to go home and be with their family. There was an annoucement for a teacher to go to the office to pick something up, but in the end it was just noise the same as the claps of footsteps down the hall.

Nick Miller had arrived and entered the school to talk with the aunt of Zoraida, a woman know to him as Celeste Forestier, to find out what she could possibly know. It was likely she knew nothing but her supposive close relationship with Zoraida might have meant that she was privy to information that would be useful to him.

He wore his normal black suit and tie as he always did.

Turning into the home economics classroom, he looked around to see if Celeste was around and if not he would have to find her at her home. While he waited, he fixed his glasses and beard to look more presentable.

Humming softly to herself Celeste checked out the cupboards, looked in the fridges, the school large pantry, and made a list of ingredients they would need for her next few classes. She was thinking that they could do, maybe a cake or a pie, of some sort. It shouldn't be too difficult to make, but at the same time, it needed to teach or go over the basics. A sponge cake would be good for that, but Celeste had a feeling there'd be more broken eggs and wasted egg whites than was necessary. Maybe, they could do a simple apple pie or apple crumble - English style - with a pie crust bottom and a topping of sugar, butter, nuts and flour.

Oh.

Nick finally looked over to see see a white haired woman doing stock of her kitchen supplies, she was quiet so he didn't notice right away. Stepping over to the kitchen countertop, he ran his finger across it and drew a line through some flour that was spilled but not cleaned up. How wasteful were the children, even with powers they were quite the same as the kids outside the island, the normal ones.

"Excuse me, you wouldn't happen to be Celeste Forestier would you?" he asked but he was pretty sure he was right. "I'm here to help clean up--" he paused for just a moment and chuckled lightly. "--actually that was a lie, I'm Police Detective Nick Miller and I would like to have a word with you."

Celeste was making up her list of supplies and wasn't really paying attention when the man came into her classroom. Glancing up, when she heard a voice, she raised an eyebrow when the man addressed her, "Yes, I'm Celeste Forestier..." she said as she regarded the detective curiously. "What can I do for you? she asked as she placed her shopping list on the counter.

As soon as the shopping list hit the counter, Nick had already snatched it up and had looked at it. "Oh, ingredients for cooking, when I was younger I used to try to cook a lot of different foods to try to impress the ladies. Don't do much cooking anymore though," he spoke nostalgically before putting the shopping list back down where it was, weird to think about things from thirty plus years ago - before he had any grey hair and was clean shaven.

Nick glanced around the classroom to make sure no one else was around, then checked for cameras as there was always cameras around but didn't see any in the classroom except in the hallway. "What I would like to talk to you about is your niece, Zoraida Del Bosque," he pulled out a notepad and flipped through a few pages to look at what he had written about the subject. He would take this interview lightly due to him not really having a set reason to interview her. "Have you noticed any changes with your nieces behavior lately, new people around?"

Celeste watched somewhat surprised as he grabbed her list and scanned it. An oddly rude gesture she thought as she eyed him with some suspicion now. "Yes, they are supplies for class..." she said evenly.

"My niece? Zoraida?" Celeste said almost confused, not expecting him to be asking any questions about her. She thought he might be here for a student or something. "No, not any real changes, she has personal security with her now, but that's not extremely odd either. She has had security detail in the past." Celeste told him.

Nick had known about Zoraida's personal security, but what he really wanted to know about is if she had seen the man in red with her. The brazen attack with just the two of them was such a surprise, Daph wanted to attack them immediately but he managed to hold her off with the suggestion that they play it smart and get the pieces in place first. 'That Daph would have me kill Zoraida, her security team, the man in red, and maybe even Celeste if I caught her on a bad day,' he thought to himself but maintained a light smile on his face throughout.

"You see, your niece was spotted at the warehouses a week ago with a man in red, the rumors say that she attacked that place with him. Have you perhaps seen this man in red, he is very dangerous you see, hurt a lot of people but luckily no fatalities." he explained things while ommiting the Black Wings from his dialogue for now.

"Zoraida at a warehouse with a strange man?" Celeste said incredulously, the idea was one she couldn't even vision, "Are you sure it was her? You must be mistaking her for somebody else..." Celeste said, having a hard time even entertaining the notion. Her niece did not go to warehouses with men in red.

"I have no idea what man you could be talking about? Do you have a picture of him?" she asked the detective.

"I assure you that it was her, maybe with one of her security people or bodyguard, but I'm quite sure," he explained the truth, he had actually no information on Ain Augusta, not even a name.

As he spoke his glasses had fallen down his nose, he adjusted them up and looked down on Celeste from a distance behind the countertop. He wondered if it was actually a mistake to expect something from Celeste Forestier, but he pushed on. "We have no pictures, names, or even camera footage of the man in red, he is a complete mystery to me," he explained. "Just witnesses saying he was wearing a red cloak and a red helmet as well, they couldn't really tell any other details because he was apparently too quick to get a clear look at."

Nick scratched at his beard before continuing, remembering a detail that didn't work on Zoraida but he would try it again in case she was lying. "The man in red was injured after attacking with your niece, would likely have needed medical attention or so I was told. Yet, no record of a man of his description doing so."

Celeste just shook her head, she could not quite believe the detective, "The only way I can see her at any warehouse with anyone is if she were purchasing the property... and even then, I'm not sure about that she go herself." Celeste said.

The detective's next statement also caught her somewhat off guard, she thought about Ain. But he couldn't be the same person could he? He didn't appear to be dangerous.

"And how do you know he was injured or the same man who was with my niece?" she asked somewhat suspiciously, "Zoraida is fine, wouldn't that have meant that she too should be hurt?" she asked using her teacher logic.
