Okay! DOGE here with a new thing! I noticed we got a few hackers on the site so I thought I make a group like Anonymous but for Manta Carlos! I'm still working the topics/groups Incognito is for or against but I wanted to open a plotting page up so I can get some ideas from you guys! So if you have any characters you want to be added to the group please reply here! Also I'm open to more than just hackers! If you have any ideas for new Leagues throw 'em by me! (I'll probs say yes)
Characters can be part of more than one League but can only be a Head or Vice-Head of one! For example Unseen is part of the League of Hackers AND a part of the League of Recruitment & Training BUT is ONLY the Head of the League of Hackers!
