Ian looked at it and quickly turned away, "yeah. a really messed up face that I'd rather not look at." he said with a sort of nervous laugh. God, this place is cool, very werid and creepy though. Ian thoguht to himself, I wonder if Kacey is scared right now or not. he thought.

"This place is way creepier than any cave I’ve ever been in." Kacey admitted, watching the light disappear as they went deeper and deeper into the forest. "But I’m not scared yet anyway." Kacey said trying to be brave.

Ian smiled, "Okay." he said as he continued to walk farther into the woods. Ian stepped on a stick and it snapped and the noise of the snap seemed to echo for miles although he knew they couldn't have walked that far in yet.

Ian grabbed her hand, "Listen, we can't be that far in ok?" he said trying to calm her down, "Down worry, we'll just turn around and go back the same way we came." said Ian looking around at a few different paths aroudn them.

Kacey turned around looking at the many paths, and panicked even more. "Which one?" She whined, "WE ARE LOST!" Kacey said looking around to see which way to go.

Ian looked at her, "Calm down, we really can't be much farther that 100 yards into here, we've only been walkign for a few minutes." he said really hopign that she would calm down. "Listen, we'll get out, and we'll be fine, we'll just go opposite the way we came from.' he said as he turned around and looked down the path from which he thought led back to school.
