I'm sadistic, please bully my character

As of now, Klef has only had good to neutral interactions with students at Starlight Academy. However, because I like to make the kid suffer, I'm looking for some bullies or people that just dislike her to be in Klef's life because even magical high school isn't just sunshine and rainbows. Klef is a pretty easy target for someone looking to win a physical fight, weighing under a hundred pounds, being barely five feet, and having no defense or offensive powers. Whether the bully knows she's a girl or not is up to you. If they're looking for someone to taunt or be mean to, Klef is also an excellent target for many reasons. She's outspoken, annoying, and a bit on the weird side in comparision to her peers, has weak powers and glowing eyes, her grades are failing, and her appearance is sloppy, puny and androgynous. In real life, she wouldn't do to well in high school.

Klef is a teeny bit late developmentally too, she looks a year or two younger than she actually is and is childish at times. I'd like to give her a crush to see how she handles romantic attraction. It would be best if the crush didn't have the same feelings for her and she has to learn how to move on, but I'm down for anything, just note that I'm a bit picky with romance plots.

That's actually perfect! He even has a distinct aura, which is something Klef is particularly fond of. Once I can find a handful of bullies, I'll let you know, that or I can make a NPC.

Phaedra could act as sort of a bully. She is starting to take after her mom and becoming more of a predator, so meek or smaller characters are in her spectrum to hunt. She wont actually hurt anyone, but she will hunt them, scare them and otherwise harass them.

Hmmm... The only thing is that Klef is three/four years older than Phaedra so it would be pretty hard for her to be intimidated by Phaedra. It could be rather funny to have a thread on Phaedra attempted to harass her, Klef would be more annoyed than anything I think,
