Psyche walked into the lounge. As she walked, her eyes slid shut and she slowed, until she almost fell. Suddenly she came to again, and sped up with her head down. Psyche...She heard Prisca's voice inside her head. She sounded weak. After what seemed to Psyche as enternity, she reached a longe chair. Flooping sideways across it, pale pink skirt trapped underneath her legs, Psyche tilted her head back anough to look at the ceiling.

Prisca...She thought, absentmindedly resting her hand on her chest, opposite her heart, I'll find something for you. Almost as if this thought had cast some kind of spell, Psyche's head dropped back, and her eyes slid shut. Her breathing was shallow, but stable. She didn't move. She had passed out.

Jason walked angrily into the lounge. He hated classes, they were useless. He walked over to sit on a chair, and stopped abruptly.
'Just great.' He said, his brow furrowed. 'There's a dead girl in my chair.' He sighed, and knelt next to her. He checked her pulse.
'Well, at least her heart is still beating. He looked around, but there was nobody there. 'Well.' He said looking down a the girl. 'I suppose I should take you to the hospital wing.' He watched her for a few more moments. For some reason, he felt as though she might wake up at any minute.
He sat down in the chair next to her.
'I think I'll wait a little while.'

He sat and watched.

For a few minutes, Psyche did not move. Then, slowly, she began to stir. She pulled herself into a sitting position, and sighed. Then she opened her eyes. She looked around with the eyes of someone much older, much wiser. To those who knew her, back home, it would be clear that Prisca was in control.

Her eyes turned to the boy sitting nearby. Her deep blue eyes seemed to search his very soul. After several minutes, she spoke in a voice so quiet it would have barely been audible if it didn't seem to strike straight into one's very heart. She said, "Greetings." While Psyche struggled with English, Prisca had a natural grasp of most languages. "Who are you?"

'I'm Jason.' He said, raising an eybrow. 'You are aware that you just past out right? Maybe you should go to the hospital wing.' He looked around, nobody else was there. Looking back to her he said. 'Well, you seem alright now. So I guess I can just go.' He stood up to leave, but looked down at her again. 'Are you hurt or anything? Do you need help?' I've got nothing better to do.

Upon hearing that she had passed out, Prisca heard Psyche's voice inside her head. Prisca... Psyche was calling to her, begging her to let go. "I'm fine" she said, a little too fast, "Really, I'm fine." Smiling, Prisca added, under her breath, "Shut up, Psyche." Her eyes flashed annoyance. "I'm Prisca, Jason, nice to meet you." The last thing Prisca needed was to visit the Hospital Wing. If she did, someone would probably find out about her. Unlike Psyche who told anyone wo might help, Prisca did not like people knowning about them. Possibly because she was the parasite, but she knew without her Psyche would die.

Prisca shrugged. "I'm used to it." She looked away. Psyche called to her again. Prisca...let go.

'You're...ok...' He stood up. 'Well, as thrilling as this conversation has been, I think I will tear myself away.'
He walked to a chair on the other side of the room, and took out his a brown book from his pocket.

Prisca watched him walk off. She let him go. There were more important things to deal with, such as Psyche. "Shut. Up." She hissed under her breath, knowing Psyche could hear her. Casting a quick glance around the room, Prisca, said.
"Psyche, I know this is your body, but it's my turn. So shut up, okay?"
No. It's my body, and without me, you die. Do you think I want my first day here to be spent as being introduced as Prisca? I know you won't tell anyone. Psyche's voice inside Prisca's head was scathing, but Prisca knew she was just angry. In a few hours Prisca would give Psyche back her body, and all would be well. Until then, Prisca hissed back her reply. "Psyche, shut up. People will think we're crazy. Besides, I can't hear much else with you ranting on."
