It was a glorious day. The first day of school for one particular individual. He was sure they'd have a huge welcoming party for him, they MUST have heard of him. After all, he was a gifted creature. Alexei was convinced everyone was aware of this. They'd all be so excited to meet him, he could see it now. A large body of students, and staff holding a large welcome sign for him before he entered the doors. Alexei sighed, closing his eyes slightly as he continued to stroll down the path that lead to his new school. Head held high, as he exhaled an enthusiastic sigh.

There was a bounce in his step, but then again everything he did was always perfect. He made this campus better just by being there. The must be so grateful. Alexei stretched his back out a bit more, wrapping his elegant hand around the strap of his bag. His gorgeous eyes opening finally, squinting only faintly at the rising sun. His mood soured as he approached the building. Nobody was standing outside, ready to greet him. Alexei let out a huff, but changed his demeanor a bit. Surely they could still be inside!

He picked up his pace, hurrying in through the large, black double doors. Again his mood soured at the barren innards of the building. His face drooped in annoyance. They must have mixed up the time he was arriving, or the day. Idiots. He swept in through the admission doors.

Staring at him was an older woman, with a blond bee-hive style hair do, and large reading glasses. She appeared bored, but Alexei didn't waste any time with his introduction. "Gooood Morning! I'm sure you've all been eagerly awaiting my arrival! Please allow me to properly introduce myself, I am Alexei Mordecai Kadri." He announced in a very matter-of-fact way. Offering his hand to the woman behind the desk.

She stared at him with a blank expression, slapping a stack of papers into his hand. "Fill these out, and turn them in by the end of the day." Alexei's face fell, as he looked rather puzzled. Staring down at his hand full of papers. "What do you mean fill them out? I don't DO paperwork. That's your job. Well, I'll be off to find my first class now. I'm sure I'll have NO trouble, as I'm sure you've set up welcome signs JUST for me." Alexei mused wildly. He dropped the papers back onto the desk, sending them flying everywhere.

He sauntered back out into the hallway, to the left, which seemed more promising than the disappointing arrival party. They'd understand their mistake soon enough.
