With a slow step and a heavy body, Afouila didn't feel she could take much more of this. Nature was simply one of her favorite places to be in, and as such, she had decided to take a morning walk in the forest. However, what started out as extremely pleasant was backfiring on her now. The air around her had heated up past the point she was usually able to tolerate, and it was causing her to feel extremely weak. Of course, as soon as she realized the temperature she'd turned around to head home, but she'd gone so far in that it was a ways back to the school.

Eventually, she didn't feel like she could walk anymore, she had to rest. With a light thud she collapsed on the forest floor and heaved a deep breath, resting her head on her knees in an attempt to steady her wavering vision. For a moment she mentally decided this was a mistake, but quickly scrapped that notion - being in nature was never a mistake. She had just been a little foolish, that's all. Sighing, she rested her chin on her knees and hoped to god that she would find some kind of help.

He'd caught the scent while in the middle of his usual wanderings. The young dragon could tell they were some kind of fae, he considered avoiding the source of the scent, but curiosity won out this time. So with a yawn he'd make his way in the direction of the scent.

Eein wasn't sure what he was expecting, an attractive girl who looked mildly unwell wasn't it. "You ok?" he'd ask the girl as he slowly approached her, "you hurt?" In recent months he'd avoided most people but she looked sick, he couldn't just walk away and leave her.

Afouila hadn't quite expected there to be another person so close by in the forest - so when the young man approached her she looked up with an expression of surprise on her face. Relief flooded over her as she observed him coming closer. Perhaps he would be able to help her get out of the forest? Breathing a little heavily with the effort, she attempted to stand up and look more dignified, but when that failed, she simply turned in her seat so she could face them.

"Oh... Oh, no, I'm not hurt. Not exactly." True, she wasn't hurt, but her health was still in a rather dire situation here. Was it getting hotter, or was she simply embarrassed to be sitting here like this looking helpless? "It's just... the heat. I am very vulnerable to it, and temperatures this high can cause me to become extremely weak. I am... a snow-oriented person, you see, and..." her voice trailed off, as she wasn't sure how much she should explain.

"A winter being then?" he'd ask, tilting his head, "yeah, the heat can make that hard, summer is coming." Eein would take another cautious step towards her, "I can help you if you'd like."

He'd take a kneel. "I'm no healer....but I could help with your temperature." Picking up a stick he'd quickly coat it in blue flame, when the flame faded the stick would be coated in a thin layer of ice.

"Whatcha think?" He'd offer her the ice coated stick. "I...could cool you down with it...it should help, at least until we can get you into some air conditioner."

Afouila nodded in response, then paused for a moment, realizing "winter" wasn't exactly entirely correct. "Well... not quite winter. I am a snowy springtime personification, actually." She then shook her head at herself, realizing that this was entirely irrelevant. So, she stopped and watched with curiosity as the other coated his stick in flame. At first she was extremely confused, but when the flames peeled back to reveal ice, she lit up.

Taking the stick after he offered it, she pressed it up to her cheek and let out a deep sigh. What a relief - even that small amount of ice helped her feel so much better already. However, she feared this ice would melt fast, and thus nodded vigorously.

"Thank you so much. I would greatly appreciate your help." Feeling like she could at least stand up now, she slowly heaved herself to her feet - a little wobbly, but able to stand nonetheless.

Eein would take a step closer as she stood. "Easy now, take it slow," it was clear that she feeling weak, he was ready to catch her if needed. "Here," reaching into his pocket he'd pull out a handkerchief quickly giving it a coating of frost with his fire, he'd hand it to her, "this should help."

He'd look her over. "Ok if I coat you in my flames for a few seconds? Just enough to give you some frost to cool you down." She needed her temperature brought down or she was going to get even more sick.

Once he got permission he'd step forward. "Hold still," raising his hand he'd form a small ball of blue flame that would float over to her, slowly thr blue fire would flow over her, leaving her with a layer of frost before the flames vanished. "Feel ok?"

Afouila realized that she was most likely straining herself, and chose to lean against a nearby tree for support. She felt rather foolish standing here about to collapse - it felt very "damsel in distress" and went against her usual sense of dignity. However, she appreciated the help nonetheless, and accepted the handkerchief with gratitude.

"Yes, that is fine. I appreciate it."

She held still, curious as to what would happen next. She almost automatically stepped away as the flamed flowed over her, since their appearance threw her off, but the feeling of cool that washed over her afterwards was immensely relieving. After a moment of simply standing thete coated with frost, she felt like she could stand stably on her own two feet once more. Unsure of what to do for a second, she turned towards Eein and dropped a little curtsy.

"I feel much better. I thank you kindly for your help." She paused, then realized she didn't know the kind young man's name yet. "I am Afouila. And you are?"

The curtsey was unexpected, and he found himself briefly blushing as he realized he hadn't introduced himself.

"I'm Eein Dresden," he'd bow, wasn't his usual form of greeting but it seemed right. "And you're welcome, couldn't let you just be sick from the heat." He didn't have a weakness to heat, but he knew most ice based beings did.

"Are you ok to walk? We should get you indoors, out of the heat." He could cool her down as needed but obviously that wouldn't work for long. "The summers get really hot here, so have to be careful wandering around."

Afouila couldn't help herself - she giggled in innocent amusement at Eein's bow. She hadn't truthfully meant much by her curtsey, it was just the way she'd grown used to greeting people due to her own focus on being polite and dignified. Nevertheless, she took note of his name and nodded in response.

"Eein Dresden... I will remember that. It's a pleasure to meet you."

She nodded in response to his question, recognizing that it was foolish to remain out here for long, as much as she wanted to stay out in nature. "Yes, I am okay. We should certainly get moving then, being indoors would be a relief."

Eein would smile a bit at her giggle, it was nice, cute, sounded innocent in a way. They'd met by accident, but already he was enjoying talking to her, even if it was just a simple conversation like this one. "Its good to meet you as well."

"Theres a restaurant just outside the woods," he'd glance in the direction they should go. "We can go there and get you something cold to drink."

The dragon would take a step towards her. "Can you walk ok?" he'd offer her his arm, in case she needed to hold onto it. "Theres a trail nearby we can take, it'll help cut down on time."
