Vivian had been eyeing this shop for a while now.
It looked like a normal trinket shop, but from a criminal's perspective, it was a robber's buffet. There were rows and rows of merchandise with a positively archaic security system. Please. She could get into this place in her sleep. She didn't even need her dear, darling brother.
Normally, Vivian wouldn't bother poor old trinket shops in the Underground, but through her surveying in her normal clothes, she'd found a particular item of incredible worth — a golden pharaoh's mask, sitting pretty at the main shop's wall. It looked like any part of the shop's stock and decoration, but Vivian knew what authentic looked like, and she certainly knew the thing would be worth a motherload in the black market. She wasn't an expert, but she had experience with these kinds of... transactions. It was just a tiny thing. He probably wouldn't even notice it was gone!
So that was what she decided to pursue for the night. Vivian, decked out in a black catsuit wearing shoes with rubber heels, sneaked into the Eye of Horus. She slipped through the door with her phasing abilities and descended down the stairs, quiet as a mouse. If he had a security system, well, it certainly wouldn't get a feed of her.
The main floor. This was where the good stuff was at. As much as Vivian wanted to stuff her pockets with as much as she could carry, a bigger load would be very dangerous. It would be easier to tell he was robbed. The plan was go in, get the mask, get out, as simple as one, two, three. Vivian never deviated from her plans.
She took the mask off the wall and replaced it with a dud. It was similar enough to the first one until closer inspection... and she bet when he'd ever get to it, she would've already sold it and bought nice things with the royalties. It was only right.
She slipped away with her prize.
Another successful heist.
