John found himself up on the roof of the academy. He had spent his first week getting to know the grounds of the school and ascertained that the best way to find people was to go to the roof and watch for large groups of people walking in and out of the grounds. Within his first day, he had already managed to make a lot of enemies and possibly one friend, yet that wasn't enough. He would always go towards a group of people that he had targeted and make them acknowledge him, usually to the dismay of the group that he had invaded. He had to make sure that he was one of the most conspicuous people at the school regardless of what other people thought of him.
John sighed and took a bite out of his tenth meal of the day while looking onto the beautiful scenery that the campus provided. The bags of food that he had finished were strewn on the ground almost without a care and his finished drink bottles were lined up against the wall. They numbered 8 cans of cola, 9 bags of potato chips, and what seemed to be the remnants of three whole chickens that had been fried and eaten. Essentially, It had looked as if a party had been had at the top of the building and no one had cleaned up the mess.
John scratched his left wrist as he realized that there was no more people to talk to they either seemed to have been already talked to, or were not keen on leaving the academy after they had heard of a new transfer student was ambushing large groups of people. John sighed.
