Hwuun Rukt'In

Human Form:
Hwuun is quite tall and his height is 192cm(6'3ft). He is muscular but lean and has wide shoulders and narrow hips. Hwuun's limbs and neck are long and he has deft fingers.
Hwuun is a handsome and has very attractive facial features. He has straight, well defined jawline and bit pointy chin. His nose is tall and straight and his cheeks are smooth.
Hwuun has friendly yellow eyes and thick arching eyebrows.
Hwuun's hair is greyish dark blue hair and it reaches his hips. He usually keeps it in a ponytail or braid.
In clothing Hwuun leans towards casual but presentable, preferring simple shirts and clean jeans. Sometimes he wears leather jackets and as shoes he uses sneakers.

Dragon Form:
In his dragon form Hwuun's body is also lean and streamlined, more feline-like and delicate than muscular. But make no mistake, Hwuun has hard and large muscles.
Hwuun is about 16 meters tall from his front paws to the top of his head and 35 meters long from his chest to the tip of his tail.
Hwuun has white feathery wings and other feather covered areas here and there but mostly Hwuun just has bare white and grey skin. He also has a long tail covered in long white hair and he has ear-like long right horn that's also covered in hair. Hwuun's left front leg and horn are made from ice and he has some other parts made from ice.
Hwuun's eyes mean looking yellow eyes in his dragon form and he has long sharp teeth and claws.

Hwuun is a relaxed individual who likes taking things as they come. He also has the capability to do so and Hwuun is good at keeping his head straight in surprising situations. Hwuun is familiar with his weaknesses and can mostly cover for them. And what Hwuun can't cover his wife Ohri does. Hwuun often relies on his other half for support.
Hwuun gets restless in large groups and he is easily flustered when the center of attention. But he also has a good grip on his stage fright and can fight through it.
Hwuun is cheerful and openly affectionate with his loved ones. Hwuun cares about his family and loves his wife and daughter to bits. Though Hwuun has conflicted feelings about his home community he wishes to support his sister the best way he can.
Hwuun is friendly with near anyone and he does not lose his temper easily. And when he does his anger is silent but clear to see, and it erupts as polite words filled with threat of violence if the person responsible won't apologize. It usually takes insulting his family to make Hwuun lose his temper, since Hwuun is really protective.
Hwuun has pretty bad sense of humour and he is easily amused, almost annoyingly much so.
Hwuun is a doting parent and husband and that's another annoying part of him. But Hwuun does have a stubborn strike, very much so, and he is not easily pushed around. If he decides to fight against something you'd need an army or angry Ohri to make him change his mind.

Hwuun is the oldest son and second oldest child of the chief of Alpine dragons. He was born in a community that resided in the Alps, isolated from the rest of the world.
Hwuun was one of the children between the chief and his official mate and that meant he was supposed to fight his other siblings for the chiefhood when the time was right.
Through his childhood, teenage years and young adulthood Hwuun desperately tried to live up to expectations everyone piled on him due to his status as the eldest son. Though Hwuun didn't join in when the rest of his siblings bullied each other he didn't do anything to stop it either. He tried his best to be the balancing force between the siblings and avoid unnecessary trouble.
Hwuun was very well liked among the people of the community and though his size was just above average he was powerful and many people thought he'd be the chief. Actually Hwuun wasn't that willing to be the chief but was always too afraid to voice it.
Hwuun, who usually just went along and avoided creating waves, often told his younger siblings to do so as well and just do what was expected of them. Hwuun especially said this to his youngest brother Shul, who mostly followed his own path.
So it happened that Shul and the oldest child Fweiu ended up battling for chiefhood and Shul won the fight. But it turned out Shul had studied about and been to the outside world, which was strictly forbidden. This shocked the community, Hwuun included, and though he wanted to do something he didn't have the courage to. So he watched from the sidelines as his youngest brother got banished.
Hwuun slowly started to be ashamed of his ways and was in fact happy when his oldest sister Fweiu claimed the title of chief. Their father, who was reaching the end of his life, retreated deep into the mountains to a place where their kind goes to die.
Soon, 5 or so years, after Shul was banished the village was approached by an unknown intruder. Hwuun, due to his sister the chief being occupied, was sent to take a look and possibly take care of the situation. Hwuun found a lonely wyvern who was apparently out looking for other dragon type creatures to battle. Hwuun, not having much of a choice, granted the wyvern's wish and they fought. The wyvern fought bravely despite being weakened from the mountain terrain but in the end Hwuun beat her.
Hwuun was going to return to the community and leave the wyvern be but he felt bad leaving the wyvern to die. So he took her to the community where she was nursed to health. The community didn't approve of this and the second the wyvern was strong enough to survive they threw her out. But she showed up a couple of times after to challenge Hwuun, who kept refusing her. But he had started to like the feisty wyvern, whose name was Ohri Iga.
Ohri finding the community with ease was one of the triggers that lead to the community establishing another village further up the mountains. Unfortunately this didn't accomplish much and it was decided that the community tried making a colony to Antarctica. Hwuun saw this as a chance and volunteered to help with the settling in. He travelled to Antarctica and spent couple of months with the colony, Ohri following after him the whole time in hopes of rematch. While Hwuun was in the colony he finally agreed to fight Ohri again. This time Ohri won but for some reason she still kept following Hwuun. But he didn't mind, at all.
After the colony could survive on their own Hwuun left and decided to travel the world a little. He didn't stray too far away from the alps and travelled all over Europe, Ohri after him the whole time. During these travels Ohri and Hwuun got closer and admitted they had feelings for each other.
After some years of travelling Hwuun returned to the community with Ohri and they got married. This wasn't looked upon well in the community that was still quite closed despite Fweiu's efforts to open it up to the world. Hwuun worked hard to support her sister's goals and finally stood up for himself when the community judged the relationship between him and Ohri.
Later on Hwuun and Ohri had a child, small baby daughter they named Vivra. It was unusual name for his clan but Hwuun did not care about that. He just wanted his wife to be happy.
The reason why Hwuun is on Manta Carlos is because he and his wife came after their daughter to see, if the island is a suitable place to raise her after all.
