He'd watch as her hands did their gentle work, which seemed harmless, so he let her continue. "I....I try to always work hard, earn my keep," he probably overworked himself in some regards, he didn't like the idea of just sitting around.

"Well.....anything to do with being outside really," he'd say, quietly clearing his throat. "Hunting and fishing, camping whenever I can," the woods was basically a second home to him. "I grew up with that stuff, so it's all sorta second nature to me, and I like to cook."

Eein looked at her a moment. "Uh....what about you?" he'd ask curiously. "What do you like to do?"

"So an outdoors man and a hard worker. Your hands say that your quite dedicated to what you choose to put your life into." Kaya tried to keep a conversational tone as she went from slowly stroking his palm and fingers to going from the middle of his palm following the tendons and muscle down the just past the wrist.

"Me? Being honest, I don't do much along the lines that you'd probably enjoy. Mostly parties and dates really. Though I do like to read books on rainy days." Kaya shrugged as she started to go into into an almost massage of Eein's wrist and lower forearm. He had trusted her so far so she began to work on getting a little closer to Eein. The slower approach would hopefully work where her immediate offer was shot down.

"I've been to a few parties," he'd shift in his seat a bit, remembering how badly his first party had gone. "And reading is always nice, I usually read stuff dealing with magical research," he'd never learned magic outside his natural elemental abilities.

He'd watch as she worked, feeling the massage like feeling as she worked on his hand. He was staying calm, though a part of him was pretty nervous, though that feeling was fading some.

"As for my dedication....yeah...I try to be dedicated," there was a bit of uncertainty in his voice, lately he wasn't really sure what he wanted his life to be dedicated to.

"Well from the sounds of it, you might need some 'brain off' time. Always keeping your brain so active must be tiring." Kaya gently placed her hands back on Eein's hand. Simply holding it. "How often do you find time to absolutely relax? I don't want to press, I'm just curious."

Kaya shrugged as she simply held Eein's hand. "I guess that your life is pretty different from my own. I don't think I've ever really dedicated myself to anything, My life has been very laid back for... well most of my life."

"Well.....," he'd go quiet a moment before answering. "Not a lot, I sorta keep myself busy," he'd admit. "I'm always either working, training or studying," he'd hum in through. "I did take a friend fishing, but besides that I haven't take a lot of time to relax."

"I feel like I....I have to be dedicated and stay busy...or I'll stagnate or something...though I already feel like I'm stagnating some anyways." She'd sigh, he'd calmed, wasn't as nervous.

"Maybe I do need a break," he'd say with a tony chuckle. "Not sure I really know how to slow down."

"Well, I know I can help with you finding a way to relax. Not tonight, obviously. I can tell already this is going to be a couple weeks of effort on my part." Kaya shrugged though, not seeming to worry about it. She decided though that now was the time to work towards taking this night to a close.

Standing she continued to hold Eein's hand gently pulling Eein to attempt to make him stand as well. "Help a girl home? I can promise I'm not going to do anything weird... oh though i should probably ask where you're heading. I wouldn't want to drag you half easy across the island only for you to have to walk back in the dark."

He'd raise an eyebrow at her comment on it taking a couple of weeks. He'd stand with her, "yeah I'll walk you home." He'd chuckle, "don't worry about that, I have a night vision and I'm a dragon, so I can just fly of needed."

The young dragon would lead her out of the restuarant. "So, where are we headed?" he'd ask, "got an apartment somewhere? Or we headed to the dorms?" She looked a little older than him, so maybe college age.

As they got out of the resturaunt and Eein said that he could just fly back to where he lives. Kaya blushed as she gently hooked her arm around Eein's. "Well, about that... I mmmiiight have fudged that a little. Was hoping we could walk towards Your place. Because... well..." she shrugged a little.

"I actually teleport home from wherever I am on the island. Soooo... i would still like to walk with you, just wanted to find a good excuse for it without seeming weird. If your still up for a walk than we could just wander the park. If you think that my little falsehood was a step to far than we can reconvene another day."

He'd chuckle a little. "We can walk towards my place," he'd nod and theyd do just that. Walk towards his place, their evening coming to an end.
