Lilly hummed as she stepped through the wilderness. Sapphire was walking beside her, waving her tail to the tune. She continued humming but stopped moving. Instead, she chose to sit down beside a tree and play with Sapphire.
The smell of blood was high in the area though from where it was unknown as Jira had just came back from the forest and only now began to take in his surroundings to find he was in the wilderness.
Lilly looked up as she heard a branch crack. She smelt blood and instantly looked up. She picked up Sapphire. "Come on. We gotsta get outta here. Momma said never to stay in places that have the scent of blood." She started to turn, when something hissed behind her. She turned her head and saw something big. She turned fully around. It was a large snake, about the size of an anaconda (<Sp?). Lilly screamed and ran.
Jira blinked hearing the scream and sighing sensing blood from a humanoid creature...and rather more of an animal creature, two of them though one much bigger...he pulled out his gun...and closed his eyes aiming at the larger thing seeing if it would give chase.
The mutant hissed again and followed Lilly. It wasn't much of a chase because it was gaining on her. Lilly saw a large tree and climbed up it. The snake circled the tree and started 'climbing' it. Lilly made it to the highest branch that she could sit on without it braking and watched the snake try and reach her. It was actually kind of funny because she had iced the tree trunk and lower branches on her way up. She started swinging her legs back and forth and humming.
Jira then shot, he opened his eyes and saw the bullet going right for the snake's body, these bullets were his special anti-vampire explosive bullets he was going to use for the war it was still enough to kill a snake which he knew
As soon as Lilly saw part of the snake explode, she let her ice melt and hid herself in the shadows of the tree and behind it, so she could see who had killed the mutant. Of course, she was getting sick and a tad tired. The explosion had thrown the snake everywhere, and icing the treehad taken some of her strength.
Jira grinned as he began to walk toward the site where he shot the thing to see where it was, he had gotten rather bored lately and that sniping maneuver was definetly going to come in handy...mixing blood sensing and his bullets let him kill a lot more now!
Lilly saw a man approaching the scene, obviously happy that he had shot the monstser. She started getting nervous. What if this man wasn't a good guy, but only another bad one? What if he had shot it so he could shoot her?
The gun was still out incase he missed but it was doubtful since he saw and felt that a lot of blood had left the mutant's body and he had won because of it, he waited for any other movement from that blood source
