"It don't matter, Dean, if I get sick, I get sick." She said, and she continued to looked around. She turned to look at Dean when he asked what was missing, and she gave him a look as if it was pretty obvious, and she tapped her empty scabbards.

My fighting knives, there gone." She said ,and gulped slightly. She lost her weapons. They were given to her, and she had them for a long time, and she lost them. How? She walked towards the sea, looking where she walked, hoping she would find them.

The second she mentioned fighting knives, Dean quickly felt around his waist to make sure his weren't missing as well. He gave a giant sigh a relief when he was certain that they were still hanging on his side.

He remembered that Selia was still looking for hers and began looking around the white sand for any sign of them. He knew how she must've been feeling at that moment. "Are you sure you brought them with you?" He didn't realize how stupid the question was until he asked it, in which it was then too late to take it back and not look like a moron.

"Of course I brought them with me! I never leave anywhere without them!" She snapped, her voice was loud, and very angry, as she searched for her weapons. Her feet touched the water once more, and she bent over reaching down with one hand, and felt around for her weapons.

When something sharp pricked her, she gripped it right away and stood up, in her hand was one elegant blade. She put it safely into her scabbard, and she looked at her hand. There was a cut in the palm, when she found it. She sighed a little and continued her search for the second one.

Dean was a bout to apologize, but chose not to. He could tell she wouldn't quite listen, being so angry and all. And he couldn't blame her. He stopped what he was doing when he noticed Selia grab something from the sand, and stared at the blade. And what a blade it was, almost as great as his.

He continued searching, running his hands deep through the sand, until he felt something sharp prick his fingertips. He looked down and spotted the second knife. "Found it!" Dean turned around and headed back towards Selia. When he notcied she was bleeding form her palm he asked, "Ouch, you want me to get you a band-aid or something?"

Selia looked up when he said he found it, and she squealed gleefully, then covered her mouth with her hand. She found that slightly weird how she let herself squeal like that, and it embarrassed her slightly. She regained herself, and walked over to Dean, and took the blade from his hands and put it in her other scabbard hanging at her hip, and smiled.

"Oh, thanks, Dean, I'm so happy now, I hate it when I lose my blades, I... sometimes panic when they go missing... I never feel safe without them." She said, looking down a moment, then looked up and smirked. "No, Dean, I'll be fine, I've had worse, its not gonna kill me having a small sore." She simply said.

Dean gave a small smirk at the way Selia had squealed. "Yeah, I hate it when that happens to me too, though I usually try not to panic," he said motioning with his hand his who pair of knives hanging by his waist. "So, you're knives give you safety? What about your power?" Dean asked, though he had a feeling as though it might not have been any of his business.
"True," he said. "but it might get infected."

"Oh, I may not try to panic, but... sometimes I still do sometimes, I don't feel safe without them, whether or not I have my powers, my father never wanted me to use them, though, he never knew until I destroyed our home." She said slowly, and quietly.

"Very well, Dean, if you are persistent to do me a favor or something off the other, then get me a bandage." She said, and laughed a little.

He stared at Selia curiously, wondering why her father never wanted her to use her power, and why she destroyed her own home. "What exactly is your power...?"

Dena gave a small, almost embarrassed smile and said, "I'm just ...concerned...that's all. Be right back." With a blink of an eye, Dean vanished, and exactly 3.5 seconds later, he reappeared holding out a band-aid. "Here, let me." Dean motioned to allow him to place the band-aid over her cut.

"My power is lightning, I can make lightning bolts whenever I wish to." Selia said, and as he left for a short period of time, and was right there again with a band-aid. She smiled, as he offered to put it over her cut, so she raised her hand towards him.

"I suppose I don't need to ask what your power is, as you seemed to have just used it." She said.

"That seems like a cool power. But, is it okay if I ask...why did you destroy your home?" Dean smiled and gently placed the band-aid across the cut.

Dean laughed and shrugged. "I guess not."
