When she felt her companion hug her, she closed her eyes tight and prepared for the unpleasant sensation of being ripped out of one time period and dropped into another. He hopefully had a good enough grip on his powers to pull them back into the appropriate day and year. It would be a bad if they went too far forward or back in time. Her hands balled up into tight fists when the feeling overcame her once more. It was gonna hurt again this time, she just knew it. The beginning of the cramps were returning in full force to her body, and she clenched her jaw, hoping that it would go away quick.

They arrived back home shortly, and Ania had to take a moment to get a better feel of her surroundings. Pushing the pain to the back of her mind, her mind wandered back to their plans for the rest of the evening. "We have to hurry, before any teachers think to check the halls."He was going to spend the night wasn't he? They would have to run there fast before any teachers did a final check of the halls to make sure no boys were lurking around the girl's territory. She didn't know how much time she would have before Hadrian ran out of energy completely, but the library wasn't too far from her room, if she pulled him halfway they should be alright. Seizing his hand, Ania tugged Hadrian out of the library and up to her dorm hall. Fidgeting with the door, she could hear footsteps approaching slowly, and it sounded like the heavy tread of a teacher. Knocking her door open desperately, she pushed Hadrian in, skirting in behind him to shut and lock the door, breathing out a small sigh of relief when the footsteps soon wandered past her home. "Are you okay? The bed is over there." Pointing at the little bed huddled in a corner, she pulled pillows out and erased evidence of her nightly nesting habit, smoothing out the blankets and wrinkled sheets. "I'll take good care of you, I promise!"

<div align=center>It had been a while since Hadrian had snuck into the girl's dorms, let alone slept in the same room as someone of the opposite gender. "Are you okay?" He asked, softly, seeing that Ania was in discomfort after the trip back to present times. Hadrian was feeling slow, his brain was ticking at about a quarter it's normal rate and he found himself stumbling every now and then. They'd made a narrow escape from whoever had been prowling the halls tonight, though the trip from the library to Ania's room didn't stick in his memory all that long. He was exhausted, and was thankful for the girl being there, she was nice enough to offer him a bed for as long as he would be asleep. "Y.. You're a good person.." He mumbled, stifling a small yawn.

"I'm alright.. Sleepy." He returned, Hadrian's demeanor was incredibly similar to a small child all of a sudden, it was just a little bit cute. To him the little bed in the corner was equivalent to a paradise right now, he felt rude just curling up there and falling asleep though, he thought he would rather do that than pass out on her floor though, it would save her the trouble of dragging his dead weight to somewhere a little comfier. </div>

Flapping a hand at his concern, Ania didn't want him to worry about her. She could curl up later and hurt. Right now, she wanted to focus on him. "Good? I don't know about that." Gently pushing him in the direction of her bed, she felt a bit like laughing at him. Patting his back softly, Ania pushed and tugged him closer to the bed. "I know, you must be very tired. I'll sit with you until you fall asleep. I'll be right back!" It must be very odd to spend the night in a stranger's home, especially if you only met them a few hours earlier.

She figured that he wouldn't be too difficult to care for once he was down. He looked pretty tired, anyway. It would be like a sleepover! Her first sleepover, and it was with a comatose person. Well, it was a start, wasn't it? Leaving Hadrian to settle in, Ania ran to go find supplies. Collecting a bottle of water and some towels, her arms were bundled full of stuff that would facilitate taking care of him. Bouncing back to him, Ania settled her stuff around the bedside table, happy to be able to pay him back for taking her to Rome.

<div align=center>Ania was right to tell him he was tired, he slowly clambered up onto the bed as she pushed him toward it, he kicked off his shoes and pulled his knees to his chest. He didn't mind staying the night, he could think of much worse places to sleep than here. The room was nice to be in, anyhow. It was warm and cosy, far more so than his house. Hadie yawned again, shifting and curling up on his side like a cat. His eyes followed her when she shuffled off to collect whatever she'd gone to collect. "Maybe next time you can sleep over at my house." He laughed softly.

He'd force himself to stay awake for a little while more, or at least he'd try to, how easy that would be he didn't know, but he liked talking to her, and that would at least keep him awake for a little while. The thought of her being in his house made him nervous. Hadrian wasn't very good at tidying up, or when he did make the effort it was all undone within an hour at least. "My house isn't as cosy as this, though." He let his eyes flutter shut as he drew to the end of his sentence.</div>

//just gonna cycle through the days he's asleep
edit ok im really tired i hope i went through enough days//

She thought that going to his home would be a welcome change, she hadn't left her dorm to go anywhere besides the school in a very long time. She felt bad, coming back to see him struggling to stay awake. He wasn't waiting for her, was he? Sitting next to him quickly, Ania smiled a bit when he called her dorm cosy. It wasn't large, but it was definitely nice. Tentatively at first, she placed a hand on his forehead and stroked his hair back. He had nice hair, soft like a cat. She hoped he didn't think this was weird, but he didn't even appear to be awake anymore. Well, hopefully he wouldn't mind terribly if she left his side for a bit. Feeling a bit timid now, she pressed a kiss to his cheek and went about tidying. The pain in her stomach had subsided when she focused on other things, and she was grateful for the distraction of cleaning and cooking.

A few hours had passed, and she realised that it was probably a good idea to water her peopleplant. Finding a syringe, Ania decided that it would be easiest to pour in small amounts so his body would take care of the liquid as it saw fit. This was a very odd sight, she realised, and giggled. Finishing her chores, she finally sat, her body finally giving in to exhaustion. Would it be improper to curl up with him? Well, it wasn't like anyone was going to check on her anyway. The teachers had long since given up on trying to catch her with a boy. They had realised quickly that she would be the last candidate to have a boy in her room, and hadn't bothered her much afterwards. Shrugging off the odd feeling, Ania showered and changed quickly into her night clothes, circling the bed uncertainly. There was just enough space for her, but she still debated whether or not it was right to do. It wasn't like he would wake up anytime soon, and she could probably fake that she was cleaning the bed if he did. That was a good plan, hop up and pretend to tidy the bed if he happened to catch her. Crawling in next to him, she paused before inching a bit closer, drawn in by his heat. Happiness washed over her, and she pressed a little closer, her exhaustion winning the battle with excitement.

Opening her eyes, Ania was stunned when she momentarily forgot yesterday's events, and found a sleeping person next to her. Blinking rapidly, her mind was hazy as she slowly remembered that he was going to be staying here for a while. Petting him, Ania chirped a happy 'good morning' before watering him once more. She had a few classes today, though thankfully they didn't take all day. Getting herself ready for the day, she wished she could afford to skip another day; it was much more interesting to stay here and play the guardian. Ah, but classes were important too. As the day dragged on, the only thing that Ania could concentrate on was Hadrian. It was an odd feeling, to want to go see someone. She couldn't interact with him, but it was still exciting to have another human in her home. Stopping at a store before she went back to her dorm, Ania picked up a few groceries that she hoped he might like. Returning home, she greeted her unconscious friend and gave him a bit of water before starting on her studies.

After making her supper, she decided that it would be best to sleep early tonight. Changing, she hopped next to Hadrian, curling in closer this time. She felt much more comfortable with being so close to him, especially since he wasn't awake. He was going to need a shower when he woke up, though. Deciding to go for it, Ania wrapped her arm around him, pulling herself tight against his body. The heat radiating off him made her happy, and she wanted to stay like this for as long as possible. She was incredibly inclined to warmth, especially if it came from another body. It was too bad no one ever wanted to come over just to share their heat, though.

<div align=center>Hadrian was only very acutely aware of someone else pushed up against him. He was confused for a moment, forgetting that he wasn't at home, he near enough nearly scalded Altair for being on the bed, but then he remembered Ania. She'd let him stay here, hadn't she? A small smile touched his lips and he nuzzled the girl softly, pushing himself a little closer to her and holding back a yawn. He shifted a little, and let one eye flicker open, shortly followed by the other one. They'd changed since he'd fallen asleep, and now that he opened them instead of the green they had been when he'd fallen asleep, they were a bright, airy blue. It took him a little while to recollect himself and wake up a bit, he felt grimy, and above anything else hungry.

"Good morning." He mumbled, his voice hoarse from lack of use. Whether it was morning or not, he had absolutely no idea. He wasn't even sure how long he'd been asleep for, it didn't feel like that long, but then again it never did. He was still alive, so he assumed that Ania had taken good care of him. Hadrian was still feeling groggy, he wasn't feeling all that motivated to move just yet. His arms found their way around Ania's waist and he pulled her close.</div>

Startled awake by an unfamiliar voice, Ania woke to find herself rather close to her friend. His arms were around her, and he was warm. Pressing her face into the base of his neck, Ania bathed in the heat that radiated off his body when she realised how awkward this might be. Pulling back with a startled expression, Ania's mouth opened, her mind worked furiously to try to explain herself. "I-I'm sorry. You're really hot--No, I mean, your body temperature is hot. But not that you're not hot! You're hot in both ... Okay. I'll go make food. You can shower, there's towels in the bathroom." Shutting her mouth before she dug herself in any deeper, she pushed herself out of bed quickly and pointed at the bathroom door.

Running off to her little kitchen, Ania splashed water on her burning face. That was messy, don't do that again. Tearing open her cabinets one by one, Ania grabbed things seemingly at random, stacking them on the counter to use for later. She imagined that he would be quite hungry after such a long time asleep, and she planned several dishes for him to pick at. Setting the rice on a boil, she mixed the batter for muffins and started her miniature oven. He spluttered for a moment before turning on, and she whispered encouragements and patted it's metal top. Hoping quite desperately that he would last the twenty minutes it would take, she gave it a final pat before moving on. Pulling out a skillet, she fried bacon on a small countertop grill she had gotten for her birthday one year, saving the grease to cook eggs. Hopping back to the rice, she added a small bit of chicken flavouring, dropping in bits of pre-cooked chicken she had picked up the day before. Hoping very much that he would like at least one thing, she piled the various foods in her serving dishes, and went to go arrange a spot for Hadrian at her table.

<div align=center>Hadrian waited for her to reach the end of her explanation, and laughed softly, a brief smile crossing his features. He whimpered very softly at the loss of contact when she got up, she had been warm and cuddly. He'd rather been enjoying both of those things. "Ah, yes please." Hadrian could have probably eaten a horse and then some, not that horse seemed all that appealing to him. It was a minute or two before he finally pushed himself out of bed, his hair was mussed and stuck up on end, and no matter how many times he tried to flatten it, it merely sprung back up again. A shower was a good idea.

He thanked her as she pointed out the bathroom, and shuffled over to it, pulling the door shut behind him as he entered. Stubble had appeared fresh on his face over the past few days, though he'd have to wait until he got home to shave it off again. His shower didn't last all that long, though he felt much better for it. He'd wrapped a towel around his waist and rubbed his hair dry, which had ended up making it even messier. He secured the towel around his waist and pushed the door open. "Do you have a hairdryer?"</div>

Her attention was drawn once more to her guest as he exited her bathroom."Ah, yeah. Here, I'll get it." Trying very hard not to stare, Ania averted her eyes and determinedly marched into the bathroom, pulling out a hair dryer from under the sink. "Did you want me to do your laundry, too? I don't know if I have any clothes that would fit." She would perhaps have a large shirt laying around, but nothing for the bottom. She didn't really mind if he wore nothing but towels, but she assumed that he would be much more comfortable in regular clothes. "You know, if you're going to make a habit out of sleeping here, you're gonna have to bring clothes." Sticking her tongue out in jest, she disappeared into the kitchen to bring out his meal.

Setting the different foods in a semi-circle, Ania settled into a chair with a simple orange. She wasn't a big fan of eating breakfast, it often upset her sensitive stomach to eat so early. Flipping open her calendar book, she was relieved to see that she didn't have any classes scheduled for the day. "Well, it looks like my day is free. I imagine you'd want to go home soon?" She didn't really want to let him go, but she couldn't find an excuse to trap him into sleeping with her for another night.

<div align=center>Hadrian didn't think her clothes would fit him, and besides, he didn't mind hanging around in a towel for a little while. It was warm enough in here for him to not really mind, and besides, in his opinion it was far less embarrassing than a toga. "That would be nice of you, uh... If you don't mind." He felt bad having someone running around for him like this, especially Ania. She was so sweet that he didn't want her to feel obligated to do things for him, in reality it should have been the other way round, he thought so, anyhow. It didn't take him all that long to dry his hair, there wasn't as much of it to dry as perhaps other people. "I promise to bring clothes next time." He answered, with a nod.

Food looked like a Godsend to Hadrian right now, he thanked Ania softly for cooking it all for him. Breakfast wasn't a usual thing for him, either, he never really had time in the mornings for breakfast, and therefore he often skipped it. He didn't care about time right now, though, he just wanted to eat. "Home?" The boy shrugged, he was comfortable enough here for now. "Ah, not unless you want me to."</div>
