He waited patiently for her to come out of the bathroom, before placing his hands on her shoulders, "deep breaths, clear your mind, let it wander into calmness."

Caius gently lead her back to bed, "dreams are common for Lycans, especially as the full moon nears." He gave her a kind smile, "its our instincts prepping, readying for the hunt."

The older werewolf made sure she got to bed, "I can't promise that things will be easy, dealing with one's instincts rarely are," he looked to her, "but I will promise that I'll be here for you all I can." He meant it, he'd be there for her every chance he could, to ease the transition, to show her her way. He was home, he was happy to be, and she was a part of that home.

Once the blood finally stopped flowing, Sofia cleaned herself up and left the bloodied cloth in the sink...she'd deal with it later. The blood was causing the wolf to stir violently, but Caius's gentle but firm touch helped it to settle down once more. She did as he instructed, taking a few deep breaths and steadying herself beneath his hands before letting him return her to her bed.

She pushed the ruined pillow onto the floor, sliding one of the others into the vacant spot beneath her head and curling up under the sheets. Reaching up, she gently clasped his large hand in her delicate fingers. "Thank you, Caius," she smiled, and her heart fluttered a little before she let go and settled herself into bed once again, dropping off into a dreamless sleep within minutes.​
