He grinned as she joined him in enjoying the minor joke. Oh, he'd for sure make the other gods items of glass if they wanted them. But he wasn't trying to be pushy. They had their own stuff going on. Clearly, based on what she had shared about their past selves' relationship.

"I know, if everything was predictable nothing would be fun. It wasn't that type of relationship but one of my first worshipers here, one that helped make one of my shrines, she popped out of my phone one day by accident," he laughed as he began to tell the story. It was so random and yet it was so very important to him. Without her and another girl Erione might not have had shrines on the island. He might have had to leave if his connection to home had faltered from his time away. Now his connection to his domain was stronger than ever and he continued to grow.

"I had just left a gallery with good news about putting some of my art on display and all of a sudden I was helping this girl get her phone safely back. Less than an hour later she was happily agreeing to worship me and make a shrine for me," he continued. Technically she had also asked him out on a date too but... well he didn't need to share that part. He'd agreed at the time, but he wasn't sure he was fully comfortable with that kind of relationship with one of his worshipers. Fortunately it hadn't been an issue yet and it was a matter he'd have to think more about if it came up again.

Erione was actually pretty proud of his interaction with Eliza. She'd had so, so many questions and he happily answered everything. Sure she was pretty flirty, but in the end he didn't mind that. She had become a good worshiper and arranged for a small shrine to him.

"She's a sophomore, yeah. I wouldn't say we've hung out a whole lot lately actually. Like everyone else she has plenty of other people and things to keep her occupied than just me. I don't fault anyone for that," he admitted honestly. The worshipers back home were still well taken care of, especially since Eri had a number of angels to assist him and those couldn't really come across to this world yet.

Eri stretched his arms and uncrossed his legs as he spoke. Seemingly not content to sit there motionless, but not doing anything that would actually tire him out.

"What about you? Have you met many interesting people here on the island?" He asked curiously. It seemed like if you just wandered around here you'd bump into all kinds of different people.

Erione nodded. He kept himself reasonably busy too, at least mentally and creatively. School, art club, and tending to his worshipers and shrines. It all added up pretty quickly, even if he spent his sleeping time traveling mentally to his various shrines.

Eri listened with rapt attention as she described her roommate. Not so much because of the particular subject but because in general he was very good at listening. His hands might have fidgeted with little bits of glass or parts of his slightly mismatched clothing, but his attention was on Bel. "It's great, so many interesting people to meet here," Erione grinned back at her. "Sounds like she's really fun to be around. And a musician too!" Maybe drums wasn't the glass god's favorite type of music, but performance in general was very well regarded where he came from.

"Not sure she'd approve of my style much though," he laughed as he gestured at all the pink and other bright colors he was wearing. Although in some ways he was a different kind of rebel, fashion-wise. No one could eve accuse him of being mainstream with that.
