Forbidden. Yes...
The girl glanced around innocently and slipped past the signs of "Forbidden" and "Do Not Enter." This was the first place she'd been since getting to this school, and she wanted it to make a lasting impression. Danica lived to go places she wasn't meant to.
Upon weaving deeper inside and farther away from the school, she began to wonder why this place was forbidden. It seemed harmless to Danica, but if it was fobidden, something terrible had to be waiting inside. Danica raised an eyebrow slightly. Terrible? Hardly. She was as far in as she thought she could go without going out the other side, and nothing remarkable had happened, aside from getting mud on her black cargo pants.
Danica rolled her eyes in a bored way and leaned backwards against a thick tree, putting one leg behind her to support herself and crossing her arms. She brushed a strand of turquoise hair out of her face and grinned, remembering the time she had first dyed it, causing a rather large family argument. She'd won in the end, she always did. She could manipulate people fairly well, and she was proud of it.
It was getting a bit dark, so Danica formed a small ball of light and put it in the air next to her. She'd made it so only she could see it, in case a certain headmistress was to find her inside. It gave Danica quite an advantage, seeing she could run away before the Headmistress would even know she was there. Danica grinned one more time.
