Claire wasn't one to usually help out newcomers to the island. Her own life was centered around the forest area, as that was where all of her 'prizes' were. Prizes meaning her wolf pack, her best friend-even though they were not on good terms as of now- and her beloved Wendigo boyfriend. For Claire Elle Dayen, the school was torture. Who would even want to go to school when you could live among the wolves, or be able to calm yourself underwater. School was an afterthought for the busy girl. Today though, she had been asked by her teacher to show a new student around. Meeting at the administration office as she was instructed to, Claire waited.

Astrial walked into the Admin. office looking to meet up with another student to help her around but all she knew is the person she was meeting was female. But there are tons of female students coming and going. Maybe whoever they are will want to swim or go for a walk, cause it was really humid inside this place. Astrial hope Claire knew what she looked like.

She had never really gotten a good description of the women she was supposed to help. Without a proper guide of looks to go off of, Claire was shooting in the dark. Her best bet was to look for people that just screamed nervous. Unsure, lost, anxious; these were things that would indicate who she needed to help. With a huff, she approached a girl that had similar hair to her. "Hey uh, are you Astrial?" With her arms crossed, it looked as if Claire had just been in a big argument. No, it was more so that she just really didn't want to be there. "If so, I'm your guide."

Astrial looked at the girl who had just walked up to her and gave her a big smile. Then taking in the girls expression of crossed arms and a non happy face, her smile vanished and took a step back shocked. Oh great, she doesn't like me already or she doesn't want to be around me. Or maybe she was forced to do this. Astrial tried to put a small grin back on her face and said politely "hi, um, if your kinda busy maybe we can do this another time. I really don't like being indoors long. If you have to why don't you show me the grounds instead and someone else can show me around inside." Astraial rubbed the back of her neck shyly and said meekly, " it's kind of really hot and stuff so I understand if your not up to it."

This girl didn't like to be inside? Well wasn't that just peachy. "That's nice and all girl but, my job isn't to cater to what you want to see. The teacher told me to show you your dorm area, your locker, all your classes, and then all the pretty stuff." Claire huffed. "But, fuck it. I don't care about what he said." As her demeanor calmed down a bit, she tilted her head towards the door as if to signal them to move. "Come on then, I'll show you outside."

Claire didn't even care to see if the weird girl was following her. The wolf girl pushed the doors open, making a creaking sound as they moved away from her. "Ah!" She exclaimed as she took in a big breath of air. It all smelt like home to her. "So... Where exactly did you want to see?" Claire half turned to Astrial.

"How about into the forest. it's nice and quiet in there. I'd love to see the birds that are around here. I can talk to birds so it would be nice to meet them," Astrial said to Claire as a suggestion. "Or we could go down to the beach for a walk to show me what part of the beach we own, either one is good to me?"

"God, you're being rather adventurous then." Of course, Claire wanted to be in the forest. It was a school day though, and while they were supposed to be in class, or at least in the school; it seemed that this girl wanted her to be a rebel. How cute. "I can talk to animals too, but no, I'm not taking you to my home." That's the last thing she wanted to do. No way was she letting someone she didn't know into her private area. "And the beach um... What do you mean? The whole island is ours."

Astial noticed the girl perked up some and was even a little more nice to her. "So where would you suggest we go, since I'm not familiar to the grounds yet." Astrial wondered if she could get the girl to smile and relax some, so she decided to keep being friendly no batter how much of a sour puss the girl was being.

"Not sure right now..." She scrunched up her face, as if the school courtyard had a fetid smell to it. It didn't of course, it was just that Claire disliked the situation that she had been thrown into. She wanted to abdicate this responsibility that she had to her teacher, but she knew that he disliked her already. That was what she got for missing a week of school to sleep. "I guess we could... Just walk around? Tell me if you see something pretty." There wasn't much else that she wanted to say to her; the girl was annoying with all her questions.

Astrial had almost had enough of the girls snotty attitude and was about to call the thing off but she counted to 10. Well if they went outside she could at least call her bird to stay with them while they walked around. She shoved her sholders back and kept the smile plastered on her face. "Sure, just show me around, whatever place you want to show me on the grounds. It's up to you. Your the leader."
