Personality Description:
Helix is timid and fairly soft-spoken. Despite his timidness, he's got a natural curiosity and sense of adventure. He can get excited and enthusiastic easily when it comes to subjects he likes. He's calm and has a level headed nature, but his patience does not last forever, and sometimes his enthusiasm gets a little over board and he might seem pushy. He loves exploring and the outdoors, often opting to sleep outside rather than in a tent or room. He has a willingness to learn even if he is a bit clumsy.

Nature Touch: All Novadells have Nature Touch, however their capabilities depend and rely on their elemental affinity: Water Novadells can communicate well with fish and undersea elements of earth, such as roots for mangroves, seaweed, underwater plantation and creatures but cannot communicate to land plants, creatures or the wind, steam, fire etc.
Enhanced hearing: Due to elongated ears, Novdells have excellent hearing; however, any loud noises close up stun them into stillness or make them drop to the ground to cover their ears.
Aquatic Adaption: Water Novadells have the subspecies Aquatic Adaption, which while generally being land-dwellers, they can adapt to and live underwater, including Aquatic Respiration, which allows them to breathe underwater.
Powers:
Hydrokinesis: Helix can mold the water in any shape or form to have several uses for it - water shield, water ball, etc - but the must be some sort of water source nearby for him to be able to use his powers, but the size is no bigger than a basketball; and his powers don't last very long - 10 minutes at most. His abilities - as per the elemental chart - are weak against the Earth and Steel elements, and are suppressed with power nullification.
- Bubble: Helix can create a thinly layered bubble to act as an air bubble, allowing others to go underwater, however due to being young, he can only make the bubble last 5 minutes. Same weaknesses as above.
Biography:
Most Novadell's are born at 10 centimeters, but Helix was born just under the 10 centimeter mark. Helix was born and as he grew, he was always shorter than the others, being born underwater and moving to land was weird for him at first, but he grew accustomed to the life. Usually Novadell's had their own teachers and their own ways of controlling their powers, but Helix just wouldn't learn. He'd always wander off mid lesson, and this lead to him getting attacked and if it wasn't for an earth Novadell's abilities, Helix would have most likely been eaten. This incident lead to discussion about him needing somewhere else to learn to control his powers. After some digging around and talking to others, they had found out about Starlight Academy, and by happenstance, they got a letter from the Academy, taking Helix there to study.

- All Novadell’s are born at 10 cm (3.937 inches) and grow to heights between 60.96 cm (2 feet) at the shortest and 91.44 cm (3 feet) at the tallest (as with hair and eyes, there are rare cases where a Novadell is taller or shorter). When they reach maximum height as a Della, they don’t grow any taller, the only way to tell between a Della, Nov and Nova is by facial features and the hunched backs that Nova’s have.
- Novadells also have a weight range from 15 kgs (33 lbs) to 50 kgs (110 lbs).
- Water Novadells only eat natural things like seaweed, fruits and vegetables, human food makes them ill due to tiny bodies and smaller and weaker immune systems and tracts.
