"Manta Carlos!"

Scott's first words when he happily stepped off the boat that went from the little town in Washington to the wonderful island here. He took a breath of the air as if it was something new and exciting when it had the same scent of the saltwater crashing against the sand just as any other beach had. And yet there was something about being here that was... invigorating. No masks he had to wear were required here. No fake names - well, save for his stupid last name but he could not say he was unhappy with it... No fake families he had to worry about breathing down his neck or fake friends he had to get them to commit to a life of sin and envy. Nope. Here, everything -to a certain extent- was completely and utterly real.

While the reminder of another envy demon rang in his head about finishing up the paperwork at the school, Scott could not help his natural sense of adventure and rebellion. With some of his luggage in hand, he happily began to wander away from the pier and towards the beach. The smell of saltwater and crisp ocean air probably stuck to him like the wet sand was sticking to his shoes but honestly he could not find it in himself to care. There was almost something comforting in the feeling of the little pieces as he walked over them. Perhaps they reminded him of the uneven ground down in hell or just the satisfaction of realizing he had a human body again.. Either way, Scott was elated.

"Now. What to do, what to do?" Hummed the demon of Envy. Did he actually wanna do something like find a place to eat with what little money he had or did he want to go mess with the public? Because right now he had no intention of being a responsible adult and getting settled into the dorms. Nope, he wanted to screw around first.

Auden was a loner by choice. His past made him like that sadly, as relying on others just didn't cut it. Now, he had a boyfriend and some somewhat friends that he could lean on for support and aid. It wasn't much, but it was more than he felt like he deserved. With a gasp of air, he breathed in the salty sweetness of the water in front of him. It was calmly, it always had been for him. For a while now he was getting better at interacting with people; he was better at not being such an ass. He huffed out, putting his chilled hands back in his pockets. He was wearing the coat that June got him, not that it really mattered. His mind trailed from the water to someone else, someone more unique than the vast amounts of unknowns in the water. "Hey." His voice boomed out, demanding him to pay attention.

Scott just kind of looked around at the city that was around him - at least what he could see. The island seemed like it went on for miles and miles in either direction and licked the horizon. He was not necessarily baffled to see it since he had been all around the continental United States but he did have to say that he enjoyed the new city skyline. A place he had never actually seen photos of or heard dull stories about. A brand new city, but his true name and true face.

The young man heard another call out in his general direction and his first instinct was to actually ignore the tone.. And yet, there was something about it that caused him to turn. Scott may have called it that little movement you make not because you chose to but because there was something about where it might take you. Some called it fate or destiny, but Scott had no word for it - not yet anyway.

Eyes alight with an unspoken curiosity, the envy demon turned himself towards the sound of the voice. He gave that little grin that seemed to have the same mischief in it that an imps would - or perhaps it was that most of his teeth had a razor edge to them with that curl at the edge of his lips. A finger pointed at himself as if he was confirming that it was he that the other was talking to, just to check.

He smirked at him, happy that he had stopped in his tracks for him. Auden took a second and just stared. "Yeah, you." He stood, dusting off some sand from himself. The boy popped his hip out, wanting the other person to eye him up, hopefully. "Just wanted to say welcome, that you're hot." Auden stepped closer, blinking at him wearily. What was he? He was interesting for sure; but why. "Name's Auden, and you handsome?"

Scott looked at the young man with amusement as he presented himself with such ease. He found it entertaining that the other almost tried to size the demon up - or at least try to check him out. Sometimes it was hard to tell and reading people for anything other than the sin of envy was not necessarily what he was trained for. But this child - this child had just a small scent wafting off of him, traces of envy but not radiating it like some of the other humans he had come across.

"Thanks, sweetheart." Commented Scott in return for being simultaneously welcomed and complimented. Smirking at the other, he decided to play the game and look him over. Certainly was cute, though the shades were a peculiar color in his opinion. But red did suit the guy who called himself 'Auden', Scott must admit.

Turning his attention towards the male completely, Scott leaned himself on the suitcases that sat beside him now. His ankles crossed as she assumed he would be there for a while. "Just call me Scott. Why stand so far away? I don't bite." He grinned, the sharp canines now on full display. "Not yet, anyway."

"Oh of course." He did a little bow, trying to act as polite as possible. He was glad that he was interesting enough for the other person to pay attention to. He continued to gaze at him, thinking about how his lips tasted; even a bit of how weak his soul would be. He liked his lips to both thoughts, before walking closer; He was about ten feet away now. "Is this better?" He asked him in a mocking tone, crossing his arms. "I wouldn't mind if you did bite, so don't worry." Auden moved closer, so that he was directly in front of Scott. "I like your ears, and your hair-" He sighed as he leaned in a bit "and your lips."

Scott smiled slightly as the young man wandered towards him with not very subtle intelligence. This was incredibly entertaining to see this person just casually flirt with him so shamelessly in public... Especially since he couldn't smell any kind of alcohol on the blonde's breath, so he was fully aware that it was intentional. Mirroring the others movement, a sharp tongue ran across the points of the demons teeth and just past his lips.

"Thank you. I grew them myself." Purred Scott, leaning back slightly as to prevent the others lips from getting to close to his own. "You can touch them if you'd like - however you'll have to earn a kiss." He snickered in amusement at his own words but continued on with whatever was on his mind at the time - it was hard to tell with how calm Scott seemed to be.

"Got any idea how I can get to the Academy from here, sweetheart?" He asked, adjusting his arm on his baggage. "And just what are you, exactly? You seem to be a little to forward to be human."

"That's pretty rad. You don't hear most people say that they grew their ears." He didn't show any sign of disappointment when the other pulled away "I think doing both at the same time would be the best, so I'll wait." Auden wondered if they were sensitive like some people's ears and wings were. "Of course. Do you want me to escort you?" He purred a bit too, not acting as sly as he knew he could. "I'm a ravenmocker. And you?" With that, he'd offer to carry whatever bag he wanted; being helpful was key.

"Everyone grows their ears themselves. I believe that's how cells work." Scott confessed, that was if he remembered his last biology class at the last school he actually attended for longer than a month. But when the other commented -or what Scott thought he meant- on how he wanted to play with Scott's hair and ears while getting a kiss, almost immediately earned the ravenmocker a single word; "Kinky."

Then he continued, "I like it. But we'll see if you earn it, darling." Scott had not really had anyone play with his hair and ears before as he usually hid them among his shapeshifting but whatever. He shifted his weight back and forth, adjusting his footing as he addressed the next portion.

"I'd be honored." Scott replied to the offer of being escorted, waving off the offer to carry the bags. If he was capable of pulling these bags with him from house to house and finally house to boat to here... He figured he was capable of dragging them to the next little home. "Hmm. What do you believe I am? If you don't guess in three guesses, you don't get to know~."

"I'm glad you think so, hun." He chuckled, happy that his response was enough to give off some idea of how he was feeling. Scott was hot, and he wasn't going to let him get away that easily. "I'll try my best." He sneered then, taking a step back so that he could get his things. With that, he whistled for a second as he started to walk. "Three guesses eh?" This would be simple, a piece of cake. If he didn't get it in the first two tries, Auden would just use his power. "Ah... Well." He eyed him again. "Are you some type of... Personification or spirit of the forest or nature?" He was simply going off the ears for that one.
