"I believe in both heaven and $$$$, I also believe in God I don't think the earth just appeared or evolved I believe he decides our fate. I don't think there's nothingness after death, I think Heaven is kinda like a hotel and you need a reservation to get there. From my visions of past I know some about the Bible saying something like you have to believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God and you have to believe that he died for our sins and rose again. I wish I had more of my memory so I could tell you exactly what I believe but I still am missing big pieces of my memory."

She said with a sigh.. "But I believe in heaven there's no pain, no sorrow, I believe your reunited with those who believed as well." She said a small smile on her face thinking about the place she had heard about.

Painter becomes quiet, thinking about what she just said. In his childhood, he himself had believed in god, and always believe god would protect him. However, through the years of abuse and being shunned, his faith began to falter, eventually fading away. He no longer knew what to believe, his past colliding with his present. At one point a year or two ago, he believed god was just some made up illusion of man used by the Vatican to make it a safer place, however much it failed at times. Since he fell in love with Allie though, he was no longer entirely sure of what he thought.

Allie looked at him, "I know many bad things happened in my life and your's but maybe God had it happen for a reason. Like so that we would meet, or that we'd become stronger when things face us. Because of my past I don't fear death and maybe because of the past we'll be able to save lives in the future by fighting the witch. Nevertheless I don't doubt the existance of God, I only doubt men and your the only man I trust." She said squeezing his hand lovingly.

Painter smiles and nuzzles her, rubbing his face into her neck playfully. He pulls it back up and then lays his head back on top of yours, "I suppose your belief in god is just how you interpret the scriptures.." he mutters. He had always found the story of Genesis to be a metaphor used to show a truth to the scientific story of Genesis. He had figured out at a younger age the when you think about it the way he did, both truths coincided.

"No... It's what they say, or at least from what I remember. I know one thing though God is real because I feel it, I see it, I mean the world is wonderfully and fearfully made. He exists, because I wouldn't have met you if he didn't. I know it sounds foolish buut with all that's happened and how many times I thought of killing myself God kept me alive so one day I could be with you." She said a light smile on her face as he rested his head on her's.

She loved him so much, she wished she knew more of her past so she could say more. But she only knew what she remembered which was bits from here and there.

Painter nods at what she says, however he himself is not so sure. She believes God is what kept her alive..however it was her belief in a God that did it, not he himself. In all reality it was her will to live and her belief in God that kept her alive, he himself had nothing to do with it.. He chooses not to voice these thoughts aloud and pulls her closer to him. His love for her is something he no longer feels he can say with words and doesn't try to anymore.

Her will to live had nothing to do with it, she often wanted to commit sucide. She knew it wasn't her self but it was something else that brought things to mind that forced her to stay alive one more day. And now she didn't need to be forced. She cuddled closer to Painter wishing they could feel the same about God. She guessed he maybe needed some time or maybe he was hurt a lot in his past and thought God wouldn't let bad things happen. But God did so that people would get closer to him so they could be happier in the end.

Painter sighs and closes his eyes, "I'm tired.." he mutters as he takes a deep breath. He actually believed in God, but not in the same sense everyone else believed in him. He believed God was a being that only had the power to create. In the story of Adam and Eve, he believed that the tree of knowledge actually represented evolution, and that Adam and Ever weren't really people at all, but basic forms of life. They evolved through "eating the sacred fruit", or in this case, a need to survive. To him it was all just a metaphor, and that when the creature evolved, God lost what little control over them he had.

Allie believed God created the heavens and the earth and that he made all and held everyone's life and future in His hand. That he could destroy the earth if he wanted to but didn't because of the few that still believed fully in him. She believed that Adam and Eve were made after God's own image and not evolved but were made as humans. She was tired herself, she cuddled up to him closing her eyes.

Painter's mind shifts away from the past and turns towards the future. He looks down at the treasure in his arms and begins wondering about what's next. What if they both survived their battle with the witch? What would be next for them? His heart begins racing as marriage comes across his mind. He knows the Allie is the one he wants to spend his whole life with, but they were both relatively young. He would marry her right now if he could, but he just wasn't quite sure.
