'You really... really suck, Aiden...'

Aiden could hear Axel's voice from within his own head, though he paid no mind to it. It was a nice night, where the stars were out and littered about the dark sky, as if they were God's chandelier, and Aiden hadn't a worry in the world, as he had nothing to really do other than lay upon the hard surface of the roof and star up into the night sky. With the lack of people on the rooftop, Aiden knew Axel would love a scene like this, which made things all the more sweeter when their pendent was accidentally struck and he took his place. Sure, he loved the guy like a brother and all, but he had a stick up his ass like no other and it was rather enjoying to just know it went a little farther up.

He liked the view of the starry night sky along with the crescent moon. It all looked beautiful to him, and Aiden definitely wasn't one to deny beauty, especially if it was one of nature. Playing with the eagle's feather which stuck out of his blonde hair, he would continue just laying there, enjoying the view. He was an innocent soul sometimes that would care more for the beauty of nature and sometimes even himself more than other things, and was even told by a few other classmates the has was a "pretty boy" of sorts, whatever that meant. How could he not appreciate the beauty of the outside world though? To be holed up in some dark, isolated place like Axel would be a nightmare for him, and he would be damned if he was caught neglecting the opportunity to be outside and social just so he can read some book.

"Sorry Axel, but i'm planning to stay outside of your head for just a little longer..." He said so himself humorously, chuckling shortly afterwards. He knew his counterpart would be seriously pissed, but it's lonely inside that crammed mind of his, and for a someone that wasn't even a human like Aiden, someone that's only been alive for around four years, there was plenty of beauty for him to see and fun for him to have.

Levi embraced darkness. He wondered if that made him severely emo or not. Darkness was what he was used to, sun burned his skin and made him shy away from the light, but he couldn't help but appreciate the warmth the sun gave out. Levi liked to be warm, and here he was bundled up in his coat and scarf, wings trapped underneath and wearing an oversized jacket underneath that coat that very likely didn't belong to him. If Levi had been a smoker he would have lit up a cigarette, he'd been kept away from those as much as he'd been kept away from caffeine, a dangerous thing to give an already hyperactive demon.

A voice made his ears prick, hands slipping into his pockets, the boy moved back around the corner he'd come from. "Hey kid, y'know, talking to yourself might make people think you're crazy." His breath came out in little white puffs against the cool air of the evening. He pulled his scarf up over his nose and shivered softly, he would have done much better in a warm feather bed curled up with someone with a pretty face. Or the biggest bastard in the world. He wondered why that thought made him smile. Dark eyes flickered down to the boy that had been talking to himself, they matched the shade of the night sky, looking almost black in the darkness. The kid had a nice face, and Levi briefly wondered how old he was. Tail curling up behind him like a monkey's, the demon stifled a yawn behind the material of the scarf.

"Hey kid, y'know, talking to yourself might make people think you're crazy."

Aiden was startled by the voice of a stranger ringing out from behind him. Quickly he moved his head, looking at whoever it is that is behind him. Whoever the person was, he seemed to be cold or at least preferred to wear what looked like a coat and a scarf with probably some more layers of warm garments underneath. Sure, winter is coming, but surely it wasn't this cold so early into the season.

He couldn't really see the stranger's face due to the scarf he wore covering it, though he could see the dark, seemingly black hair he had along with his eyes which matched the night sky, both of which Aiden thought were rather attractive qualities that he's prefer more than the current amount of people to have. Standing up, the boy, which ended up being approximately four inches taller than the stranger, dusted off his sweatshirt and pants before looking towards him with a friendly smile on his face, his bronze pendant now a darker shade than its normal color since the darkness crept up upon it.

"Sorry, sometimes I forget that other people can't really hear Axel speak right now. I'd like to think of it this way though; if I didn't seem crazy, then you probably wouldn't have spoken up and told me that talking to myself may make me seem crazy in the eyes of other people, which means we probably would have never met. Honestly, I think my "talking to myself" caused us to actually pay attention to each other." With a hand extended with the intention to preform a handshake, Aiden continued on, ending his small rambling session. "I'm Aiden, what's your name?"

'Dumbass.... Did you forget that I can hear your thoughts? You could've simply used them to talk to me instead of just talking to yourself out loud.' Aiden would hear Axel respond to him, his tone of voice expressing a hint of embarrassment and disappointment in Aiden's overall idiocy. "Woops..." The boy retorted out loud once more, obviously not caring about what his other half said nor for how he's making himself look at the moment.
