Appearance Description: For the most part, Hannah is relatively average looking for a girl her age. She stands at 3'7", and weighs slightly less than others her age. Hannah has quite a pale complexion due to spending the majority of her time indoors, and perpetual dark bags under her eyes indicating very poor sleep habits. Her eyes are a light emerald shade, with dark and thick brows above them. Unruly light toffee brown hair comes to just below chin level, often covering her right eye simply from how it falls naturally. Hannah doesn't tend to wear many bright colors, but does opt for gentle pastels every once in a while.
Personality Description: Upon first meeting her, it becomes immediately obvious that Hannah is much more reserved and wary than others her age tend to be. She's mostly on the quiet side, and doesn't often initiate conversation before someone addresses her. Sudden movements and loud noises can startle her quite easily, and she gets very anxious if she's even gently touched without warning. As a general rule she'll go out of her way to stay on peoples' good side and avoid conflict, making an attempt to make even the most mundane things easier for others to the point she can sometimes be reminiscent of a servant. In general, Hannah is very slow to trust new people or open up to them, assuming in most cases it's a possibility that others want to exploit her for her magic, and sees herself as a potential target whenever people around her are acting aggressive. Affection and kindness tends to surprise her when she believes it to be genuine, but once she does manage to bond with someone she's likely to become extremely attached to them to the point of being clingy.
Active Abilities: Crystallized Magic - Hannah is able to produce universally edible crystals of a similar consistency and taste to sugar, that when ingested grant the user temporary usage of one ability Hannah herself knows. The copied ability the crystal user gains is exact to how well Hannah can use it, and comes with full knowledge of how to actually use said ability along with any drawbacks. However, there are some caveats to the crystals themselves. Hannah is only able to safely create ten crystals in a twelve hour window before requiring rest, and if she pushes past this it triggers intense feelings of fatigue as well as severe headaches. People are only able to have two crystal effects active at any one time, and they last for ninety minutes before gradually fading over ten more minutes. Lastly, she can't create a crystal granting someone the ability to make magic crystals themselves.
Ideal Self - Allows the user to take the shape/appearance of what they imagine to be perfect for themselves. The changes are physical, but superficial for the most part, and don't come with any added benefits like enhanced strength. If the user's perception of their ideal self image changes during the duration, their adopted form will accommodate this, and they're able to revert to their original state at will.
Green Thumb - Hannah is able to vastly accelerate the growth of any plants or fungi, from seed or spore to fully grown in less than a minute. Larger plants take longer, up to a general maximum of about five minutes. She can only grow one plant at a time, and she has to be within five feet of its base.
Passive Abilities: Supernatural Scholar - By studying a magical effect someone else is able to produce, whether actively or passively, Hannah can learn to perform the same effect herself. Whether natural, learned, or even a core part of their biology, she can eventually learn any supernatural ability. This generally requires a fairly extensive observation period, with more complex effects always taking longer. However, if the user of the effect she's studying provides an in depth explanation of how their ability functions, it can drastically lower the amount of time she needs to learn it. After first managing to perform a new effect, it's almost always weaker than its original user's ability with it, taking up to a month to fully manifest.
Enhanced Cognition - Hannah's intelligence is significantly improved compared to the average human's, with a measured iq of roughly 200. Learning new things in general is much easier than for her than it is for many, and paired with a perfect memory she retains every new thing forever. However, this is not without its drawbacks. Hannah is completely incapable of blocking out any negative memories, recalling even the worst things she can remember in perfect clarity. Additionally, her brain working overtime causes a higher energy consumption than normal. The most effective way of keeping herself energized because of this so far seems to be frequent consumption of sugary and fatty snacks.

Hannah was born to a pair of middlingly well off alchemists on Manta Carlos, under circumstances that were anything but average. Never originally having any interest in the idea of being parents, Hannah was essentially only intended as a business investment, and neither of them ever realistically had any intention to provide her the care and affection she needed. Sinking the majority of their savings into a series of expensive (and most likely illegal) magical procedures before she was born, the Fausts ensured that she would have the means to launch their business into an entirely different level of success.
Even though it took several years for Hannah's unnaturally granted powers to manifest fully, this did nothing to prevent her parents from pushing her absurdly hard to study magic almost constantly. Furthermore, even when not being made to study, Hannah was essentially expected to take care of household and shop things as a maid would. It was never out of the question that she would receive physical punishment if she even slightly slacked off in their view, and having food withheld was also not unexpected. Overall, the cruelty of her situation has molded her into such a meek person that she's more than slightly scared to tell anybody about her mistreatment, and so far nothing legally has come of it. She attends school as any other kid would, keeping her head down and doing everything in her power to be the smallest target possible.
