"I'd say we should do a rematch with something more your speed," Jude said, "but honestly I think you'd mop the floor with me. I've only got a human level of speed and a human level of strength, and in pretty much any type of physical challenge against a dragon like you..."

Jude cracked a grin.

"Well, the word is challenge, and I definitely wouldn't be."

Jude's hand was still smarting from the too-tight grip, which was only sinking the point home.

Summer gave a small giggle at at least I'm not black and blue.

"That's why I like mental challenges. No one gets hurt."

Alexis nodded at Jude's words. Alexis could easily beat a normal human in anything physical unless it required some sort of special training to do. There was a very noticeable flinch as Jude called him a dragon but Alexis did not snap at him to correct it.

"No, you're right. It's no fun if it isn't at least a bit of a challenge. I'll find someone else who can do a challenge with something i'm better at. I knew this one was going to be hard," he said to Jude as he stepped back a bit and stretched his arms a little. Alexis had been more tensed up during the game of hangman than he had realized and his muscles were now relaxing.

He glanced over at the giggling. "I'm not afraid of getting hurt. I'm pretty tough-," he replied before being interrupted by Galen clearing his throat. "It was a good, friendly challenge. Not being afraid is fine, but you shouldn't be getting hurt all the time either Alexis," said the warm, friendly voice of Galen. Alexis opened his mouth and then shut it again. Instead he just nodded.

Alexis looked back towards the way they had come. "I guess we're done for now then?"

Wyvern. Right. Well, not right--Jude had never been corrected on that particular bit of lore, and had no idea that there was considered to be a difference on the island. His brain said wyvern, and he'd automatically corrected to dragon to avoid looking like he was too up in anyone's business.

Jude nodded to confirm the challenge was over. "Thanks for the match. I think I'm going to head back home for now and make sure everything's good there."

Assuming Alexis had nothing more to say, Jude would head off.
