In dog form, Gudian takes the form of a small terrier with white fur. He has a long, thin tail along with pointed ears and light green hair. His paws and the insides of his ears are pink.
In human form, Gudian has pale skin and a round shaped face. His hair is light green, and is worn in a bob-like style above his shoulders. He has round eyes of a pink color, a snub nose and plump lips. His body type is thin leaning towards average, and he generally wears very feminine clothing such as sweet dresses.

personality
With a soft and quiet disposition, Gudian primarily speaks when spoken to and prefers to let others have the spotlight when it comes to social situations. He's naturally a very understanding person who seeks to help others with their problems as much as possible, and loves nothing more than when the people around him are happy and getting along. Quite the pacifist, he's skilled at diffusing situations and is a surprisingly good problem solver. He's also very analytical, seeing the big picture in everything and putting pieces together bit by bit. He holds a love of all things soft, lacey and sweet, and is a collector at heart who loves finding and adding new cute items to his hoard. Even though he's quiet he has a surprising amount to say, and has a love of philosophical discussions with others.
Gudian often gets so focused on analyzing for the future that he becomes completely out of touch with the present moment. He has issues with remaining grounded in the first place, and dissociates often in response to the slightest of stressful triggers. With trouble carrying out tasks and processing auditory stimuli, functioning in day to day situations is a problem for him, and he often needs assistance with simple tasks. He also has issues with reading social cues and can't handle crowded social situations for long. Often he has a tendency to jump to quick judgements about his surroundings, and can be very stubborn in his conclusions. He has a bit of a hoarding problem, and refuses to let go of his belongings or even let others borrow or touch them.

biography
The ostellian dogs are a specific family of dogs who were said to have been blessed by the moon. The legend goes that centuries ago a wild dog did a favor for one of the moon's children, bestowing kindness upon them, and in return she blessed he and all his descendants with sapient minds, long life, and the ability to take up a human form. Ever since then the dog's descendants have been living together in an isolated clan under the name Ostelli, where each family has a certain job they carry out in order to help the clan thrive.
Gudian was born a member of this clan, the son of a mother named Peruna and a father named Boris, along with three older male siblings. Ever since the Ostelli clan began, his family line had always been the warriors of the group. Their job was to defend all the members of the clan against outside evils, as well as assist the hunters in finding food. Everyone in his family played a role,and it was naturally expected that he would become a warrior as well. However, it soon became clear that his place was not exactly ideal.
As years began to pass and Gudian slowly began to age it seemed as if he skipped over multiple developmental milestones. He stopped talking when he was mentally age 3, nevee seemed to laugh, smile or make eye contact, never learned communications such as gesturing and never seemed to catch onto how to play with others his age. It also took him ages to complete basic motor tasks, causing his parents extreme concern, as they could not expect him to start warrior training any time soon at this rate. He was taken to the healers of the clan multiple times, and it was they who suggested that he could possibly be autistic.
Quite the opposite of being supportive, Gudian's parents were absolutely ashamed to have a son who might have a condition such as autism. In their mind, this meant he could no longer be an asset to the family. Thus, he was shut away from his family as well as the rest of the clan, neglected except for the occasional attention he received from his father Boris. This attention was very often abusive in nature, as Boris would often ridicule, insult, and even hit him.
This escalated as he grew older, and at the mental age of 7 he was put into sex trafficking by his father, who took money from three men in the clan and let them use Gudian as they pleased. This went on for several months before the son of one of the men discovered what had been happening. Said son was approximately 10 years older than Gudian mentally, and he was horrified by the treatment he saw of this innocent young pup. As such, as soon as he could sneak away he reported what he had witnessed to the rest of the clan. Boris and his household were investigated, and the neglect and abuse they subjected their child to was exposed. Gudian was removed from their care, his father and the other men who had partaken were arrested, and his family was permanently disgraced.
The question now was where Gudian would be sent to live. In the end, the son who had initially reported the situation, along with his mother, volunteered to adiot the pup and make him apart of their family. Gudian was terrified at first, having had his sense of trust shattered by abuse. However, the two were extremely kind and patient with him, giving him the time and space he needed to heal and grow to love them. He was placed in treatment with the healers of the clan, and is now finally thriving with his new family.

The clan decided it was no longer safe to live in the human world, and ended up immigrating to the island in order to remain hidden. Gudian was enrolled in the academy to further his education, and has been going there for around a year.
