Private Great Minds Think Alike ... or Birds of a Feather Are Fun Together

Shiloh had been staking out this Fox Hole place for the past few days.
Shiloh had heard a few things here and there about some "underground" singer named Fe Glaux performing in bars in the strip. It caught their interest and decided to go scope her for potential recruitment.
Shiloh's first impressions of Fox Hole wasn't so great. The Strip wouldn't be the first place they would choose but it was at least nice inside than it was outside.
Thanks to their human shaped charm and a baseball cap and shades, it was easy for them to just blend in and hide who they actually were. Most of the people here seemed too busy getting drunk to pay them any mind which was also good.

Once Fe was off the stage and seemed to be taking a break, Shiloh made their move. They moved very stealthly through the crowd of people around and kept their eye on Fe to not lose them. Once Fe was sitting alone at a table, Shiloh waited for her to order something from the waiter. When the waiter was finally gone, they quickly got closer and took a seat at the table across from Fe.

Shiloh kept their head low and spoke in a hushed tone only low enough to for Fe to hear. "You really know how to put on a good show. I'm honestly impressed."

Shiloh immediately started shushing Fe the moment she made a comment about their hair. Having their hair being called out was definitely putting them slightly on edge. Shiloh glanced around to check if anyone noticed and relax when the coast seemed to be clear. "Thank you." They finally said.

Shiloh didn't want to draw too much attention to themselves and they realized sitting her with Fe didn't actually help with that. If their hair was going to be a problem then they thought it might be just to talk with Fe somewhere else. "My hair is one of my many best features. If you are curious about why I am hiding it, then maybe we should go somewhere a bit more private."

They re-adjusted their hat a to try to have it cover more of their hair. "Let's just say I am someone you definitely want to get know."

Shiloh got up quickly and kept their head low. They were using the brim of the hat and the shades to obscure as much of their face as possible. They silently followed behind Fe as she lead them to the dressing room. Walking across the stage....wasn't exactly a good way to keep out of view of people but if it was the only way to get to where they needed to go, Shiloh followed behind.

Once they made it to the dressing room, Shiloh waited for Fe to close the door before doing anything. They then strolled around the room and was checking out what was in it. "Hmm, this room is alright. Not up to the level of my expectations then again I am apparently a spoiled brat."

"Anyway it's time for me to introduce myself..." Shiloh walked back towards Fe and stood in front of her as the took off the hat and shades. They then slid off their human charm for the big reveal. "I'm Shiloh Dubé aka Lo-Shi. You are now in the presence of The Queen of Anti-Pop."

Shiloh only smirked and watched in amusement as once Fe realized who they were. Well Shiloh expected this reaction. They pretty much assumed that Fe would know who they were just based off of the fact she was in the music business. They waited for Fe to calm down a bit before saying anything, as to not interject in her fangirling.

"Why the disguise?" Shiloh repeated when Fe asked the question.
"Well for one this place isn't exactly on the nice side of town and I don't have any bodyguards with me." Shiloh wasn't exactly a fan of the location but they did like the atmosphere of the club once inside.

"Secondly, If I just showed up that would probably take away all the attention from you. You also would either caught a case of nervousness or go full try hard on stage. I wanted to see you perform naturally, first."

"Oh and doing a somewhat dramatic surprising reveal sounds was way more fun than just popping up."

"Uh, yeah?" Shiloh thought she made that part obvious but it was whatever. Was it really that hard and surprising to believe that she did all this just to listen to some underground artist? "I came to check out what you got. Do you want me to put that in writing for you?" They weren't trying to be rude but Shiloh can't really help making snarky comments like that.

"You know how team recruiters in sports go check out a college team game to look at the players? That's basically what's happening right now. I am checking you out."
