Eliana didn't take long to get ready when she went out. That might have been a surprise to some people, but it wasn't like she was all sexed up. Tonight, she had worn tights, her boots, and a short shirt that showed off her naval piercing.

Because she was ever on the ball, Eli had picked Kaya up and drove them to Gomorrah. It wasn't her favorite club; per say, but Eli didn't think she had a favorite. They were all just different sinful breeding grounds for her.

"Come on, come on," Eliana rushed her cousin. "This place has the best drinks. Just don't go around touching the waiters," she laughed, "learned that one the hard way."

Eliana wiggled her fingers, giving a little wince.

Kaya was the opposite in regards to her outfit while she waited for her cousin to come pick her up. She had gone through thousands of them in a short period of time. She was in her room when her cousin knocked on the door which made Kaya hastily put on tight black almost purple button up shirt with short sleves. The color never got as purple as Kaya's own skin just so it didnt confuse people.

When they got to Gomorrah Kaya felt like she should remember this place but she couldn't place it... As she was partially dragged to it by her cousin. "I'm coming, I'm coming!" even though Kaya's voice sounded a little testy but she was smiling. "Just so long as there aren't too many meat heads in there then I think this shall be fun."

"What? The meatheads are one of the best parts; they're easy pinckin's."

Eliana loved clubs. She loved the booths, the drinks, the people. But most of all she loved the dance floor. It was all close proximity, heat, and sweat. It was bodies against bodies, lost in a moment of chaotic fun.

Still holding Kaya's hand, Eliana dragged them immediately for the dance floor.

"You're not going to need a drink in you for this, are you?" she asked like it was some kind of challenge to dance somber.

"They may be easy pickings but I got tired or their tiny brains. Over the past year my partners are at least intelligent enough to at least think of me more then a one night stand sex toy." Kaya omitted the fact that most of them she actually had a relationship with.

When they actually got inside the club Kaya felt her pulse quicken as she heard the music and how close everyone was on the dance floor.

Seeing all the people made Kaya want to be among them but her school days when she was much younger made her stomach cramp up just a little. "No, I think I'll be good...plus MY physiology makes one shot seem like 10 pitchers of the stuff so probably not a good idea to do in a crouded club."

Eliana turned on Kaya and frowned, putting her hands on her hips and tapping her foot. The look she was giving Kaya was very "angry mom".

"Okay, is something going on? 'Be good' is not what I was hoping to hear. Do we need to sit and chat?"

"I'm fine 'Lia! What I meant was, 'I'll be good to go!' sure there was a lot of shit that hit the fucking fan over the past year but talking about it is that last thing we should be doing in a club right now." Kaya gave a shrug and now it was her turn to try to prompt her cousin towards tge dance floor.

"I had a few attempts at long term relationships that all just kind of blew up in my face each time..." It seemed to Kaya as she put even the slightest tension in her hold on her cousin that it seemed her heart cracked a little and her attempt to pull Eliana after her seemed more like a plea to help Kaya escape her past then a want to dance. "...so let's try and have some fun...that is what we came here for right?"

Kaya turned to her cousin while still only half heartedly attempting to pull Eliana along. She tried to also give Eliana a reasuring smile but she knew that the water in her eyes would only make her look sad and weak.

Of course, Eliana was originally willing to drown all of Kaya's problems out with alcohol and dirty dancing, that was until she saw her cousins tears. Inwardly, they made Eliana groan. She hated partying with sad people, it ruined the mood something fierce.

Eliana stopped then, and as Kaya turned to her, she gave a reassuring and warm smile. "Kay-kay," she singsonged, "let's get a booth in the back, a few drinks, and talk about it? I won't be able to enjoy the night knowing you aren't feeling dandy."

Eliana couldn't understand the tears. What was there to cry about? Lost love? Maybe it just didn't affect her as badly. She had lost plenty of people to time.

Wiping away her tears Kaya took a breath as she got her emotions under control again. It seemed well rehearsed and Kaya did so as if she was putting a mask onto her person. "It's ok Eli. Don't need a booth. Let's just say I'm fucking tired of getting attached to someone and then a thing happens and all of the sudden I feel like my heart is shattered into irreparable pieces only for someone else to come around to make the whole process repeat itself over and over again."

Letting out another breath allowed the emotional turmoil get pushed back further and Kaya's eye's stopped looking like they would spill over. "I'll dance, I'll drink...closer to the end of the night, and eventually get home but...I'm just not in the mood to do anything more serious with anyone right now is all." Feeling like everything would come down on her again Kaya slowly breathed in and out again.

"Honestly Eli, I'll be fine eventually I'm going to get better... just not the best time to look for someone to feed off of is all." The way she said it her words felt like a heavy blanket as it pushed the other emotions away. She was going to have a good time, if not for herself then for her cousin. That at least was something she was going to do no matter what.

Eliana stared, trying to keep the confusion and the wonder from her face. She just...she couldn't understand. The demoness was wholly incapable of such human thoughts and emotions and sitting there watching Kaya have to pull herself together was making Eli extremely uncomfortable.

"Maybe stop getting attached to people?" she suggested, trying not to sound harsh. It was a simple solution, she thought. "I mean, when you live forever, you're bound to go through heartache anyway. Gotta learn to stop caring about it.

And you don't have to get serious with someone just because you fool around with them, y'know. You could go out there right now, dance, grind, drink, fuck and then you could go home and never call them, just go on with your life."

Eliana reached out to take hold of Kaya's hand and try to gently steer her toward the bar. Pretty much, she hoped Kaya would get all manners of drunk and Eli wouldn't be forced to be anyone's emotional support.

Feeling a little bad for making her dearest cousin see that made her feel bad but with how she was now in control of her emotions she felt like she would do better for the rest of the night and not swing back into some crushing depression...again. "I say that's kind of hard to do when I'm actively looking for a mate that would at least last a millennium. Though I highly doubt my Water Fae would feel inclined into a long term relation like that most of my partners I've been looking for are long lived. No humans or creatures that won't last longer then the end of the century...I DO have standards dear Eli."

When they did reach the bar, Kaya wasn't going to resist the promptings from her cousin, a rapid train of thought ran through her head. When she had gotten...drunk... as it were she often had a hard time remembering what she had done. However usually from second hand reports, one from a close friend, she acted more like a true demon. Less worried about social situations and always looking for that next life essence hit. So with a soft tense sigh she waited for the bartender. Once he walked over to her and Eli she spoke up over the music to be heard. "Vodka shot please," In rapid order he brought Kaya's drink to her.

Picking up her drink Kaya turned to Eliana and gave a half hearted smile as she imagined what she would find on the far side of her mental black out and whispering to herself, "I'm going to regret this tomorrow..." Before downing the shot.

The next thing mentally Kaya was going to remember was waking up in her room with a LOT of pain and who's clothes she was wearing but all that was neither here and now.

For her cousin though Kaya's skin darkened a shade in the club's lighting and when she opened her eye's they were a solid dark purple. "Well darling, I do believe we are here to have a good time so let's find something fun to do!" At this point in time Kaya's outfit also changed. Instead of just a simple purple button up short sleeved shirt it was a tight fitting black shirt that revealed her midriff while some shadow's crept down her arms to make fishnet gloves where the threads met there seemed to be a star shine out while the rest of it was nebulous in color. Her pants changed as well to a really short miniskirt of deep space black coloration.
