Fweiu spent a moment contemplating what he said. She would have to choose her words carefully - thankfully, she had thought about this part of the conversation before coming here.

She became serious. Stern. "Whether you are ready for it or not, you're already reaching the first stage of adulthood. Dragons your age must know when not to turn towards violence. Starting unwanted, unjustified fights is no longer acceptable. They have to accept your challenge first, if they aren't threatening you. These are some of our most important rules as a people."
