She very likely didn't have more than a few moments before the other woman came out of the building (would she show herself? Shay didn't know). Jericho might get the wrong idea. Eroshay desperately wanted to ask why he had to kill so many people, but there was no time for that.
Instead, she looked directly at her bodyguard, voice firmer than it should have been after almost having been set on fire. "A woman is about to come out of the tower. Don't attack her. I want to talk to her. That's an order."
Whether Shay could order Jericho to do anything, she didn't know, but she sure as hell sounded like she knew and the answer in her voice was yes. She could, and she just had.
Had her phone been going off? Shay hadn't even felt the vibration, perhaps too focused on the pull of her powers leading her further into whatever the hell that had been.
After the young fire breather was fully out of view, Kelara turned to exit, leaving the building to burn. It was for the better anyway; simply one less location for Eroshay to feel the need to explore in the future. The only question that remained was whether or not she should show herself...
It would be easy to fade from view and leave Shay wondering, however, now that she had been seen, it was more likely that the girl would go searching for her. Who knows how much trouble that would cause... No, it was better to reveal herself now, as much as she didn't wish to.
The one armed woman walked out of the building and down the few steps as if nothing had happened, looking forward with her dark eyes to examine the new arrival, sizing him up before her eyes moved to Shay. "Are you alright?" she asked, her tone less authoritative than when last she spoke.

Jericho lowered his head and cursed to himself. Shay rarely ever used that tone of voice with him. Something certainly did get her attention here. He'd already felt the sting of failure today and he never wanted that to happen again. Klaus would flay him alive if something bad were to ever happen to Shay. At last, he nodded to Shay. "Alright, I've got your back."
Jericho jumped down from the roof and positioned himself near Shay. He decided to be visible here, to show whomever Shay was talking to that she wasn't without friends. To be safe, Jericho pulled out his handgun from its shoulder holster under his jacket. He knew that Shay would hear this. Even though she wanted to simply talk, Jericho wanted her to know that he wouldn't let anything touch her.
His thoughts wandered to who was in the building Shay had come out from. "Was the fire from that woman you mentioned earlier?" Jericho hoped that it wasn't and that perhaps this other woman had shielded Shay in there. If that was the case, then Jericho didn't have to be as protective. However, this was the Underground, you never knew if someone was going do double cross you from first meeting them.
A woman finally came out from the tower. One with a single arm. Jericho noticed all the scars on her skin. Definitely someone who has either seen a lot of action or was very unfortunate. She eyed him over for a moment before moving towards Shay. Jericho moved closer to Shay as well, ready to put himself between them if anything was to go south. Jericho's expression was serious, with his eyes narrowed. The one-armed woman simply asked, "Are you alright?" in a gentler tone. First impressions were going well, and Jericho loosened up a bit and let Shay do the talking.

Eroshay didn't recognize this woman from anywhere, not by appearance. The cold feeling of her magic, though, that Shay knew she had felt before. Very long ago. Where was it? It hurt to try and figure out, so Shay waved away the annoying deja vu for the time being.
Was she alright? Wasn't Shay always? This was a regular occurrence for her, at this point, it hardly shook Shay up. This woman, how had she known Shay was in the tower? How had she shown up in the knick of time? Or moreover, why did Shay feel such a kinship with her? That tended only to happen with people of a darker nature and Shay didn't feel any of that coming from her.
"Yes. I'm fine. Who are you? I feel like I've seen you before?" Maybe a name would jog Shay's memory? It was going to bother her now until she could pinpoint it.
Shay couldn't help but glance at Jeri. He was a solid presence, even if Shay hadn't always been happy about bodyguards. He was a reminder of her family and power and safety. This woman, she was an unknown. And yet, Eroshay, as she so often did, wanted to reach out into the darkness and the unknown to feel what was there.
Kelara was pleased to hear that Eroshay was unharmed, but less happy to hear her immediate questioning. This was always her least favorite part of any 'friendly' encounter. She had prepared for this however, having known that she would show herself eventually.
She glanced at Jericho once more, noting his protective stance and dedication. This impressed her, though she wouldn't show it. Once again she returned her attention to Shay, "My name is Kelara Locke. I knew you when you were far younger. Before you ask, yes, I have been watching you from a distance. I suppose that is not terribly uncommon for you, though I apologize if I have offended."
She looked to Jericho again, "You were the one I saw on the roof. You work for Klaus Rosales correct?"

Jericho met Shay's eyes and hoped that she knew what she was doing. Some aspects about her were unknown to him and she ended up surprising him frequently. He made sure to keep appearing confident, like he usually did, so that she would be less on edge. Jericho silently breathed deeply to keep his wits about him. This woman didn't appear to be hostile and her body language was calm and relaxed, far from what a would-be killer would display. Despite this, he knew that many situations turned sour quickly and he kept himself on guard.
Shay spoke to the woman to discern her identity which she gave easily. Kelara was her name and she apologized sincerely. This lowered Jeri's stress significantly. Kelara was beginning to be less and less of a threat, which was good. Jericho didn't want any more excitement for today.
"You were the one I saw on the roof. You work for Klaus Rosales correct?"
Suddenly what he'd felt on the rooftops made sense. "Oh, so you were the one I felt up there. Yes, I do. It's my job to make sure that Eroshay here is kept safe." Jericho was being pleasant and friendly. He hoped that Kelara would be too.

Kelara didn't further the conversation on that topic. There would be time for that later. Her first instinct was often to be blunt and harsh, but without all the information as to why he wasn't with her in the first place, it would be unfair. His actions following the event seemed professional and that at least was satisfactory.
She gave the man another, more thorough, look; there was definitely more to him than met the eye... This would require further investigation, but that would have to wait. "I'm sure there will more questions, but they will have to wait. I would like to speak to Klaus Rosales."

"Okay."
