Dany listened to the girl, her eyes growing as wide as saucers. "Wow! So you're really old..." She couldn't lie about feeling intimidated. How was she going to relate to someone that was... so much older than her?

Dany would have sighed if she didn't stop herself. "That's pretty amazing though, to be so old... Why are you a student if you're so old though? I don't really see the point." She frowned a little, though not at the girl with nine tails. She was more wondering if she would do the same thing if she was as old as her new roommate said.

The first word Dany spoke made Savannah feel all mighty for a second until she heard the word 'old'. Her expression dropped like a bomb, "Hmm? The fox let out awkwardly. It shouldn't surprise her so much because she is old, that is a fact. But it never feels right when someone else says your old, it makes you feel... Old.

"Twelve centuries, seven decades and three years may seem old to you but not to me." Savannah replies feeling rather annoyed, but there was something in her voice that betrayed her. "Well I believe I'm not that old. Perhaps I'm in my adulthood as I reached the end of my growth as a fox." she added. Now that Dany mentioned it she wants to figure out whether she is considered old or not. You could say Savannah is becoming self conscious about her age.

"But you do raise a valid point. Savannah began on the new topic, raising a finger. "It became very difficult to live within the lands of the humans now. It was also troublesome to travel. I came here after being found by members of this academy. I accepted of course." savannah hummed to herself.

Her arms crossed, why did she become a student? What did she have to learn, more so why did she have to learn? Sure she was terrible with numbers and she had no understand of science. But there was one thing she had that she could boast about, history. It struck her at that moment. "I could teach, but I've never taught other academically. It would however let me find a worthy male." Savannah semi joked. It cause her to laugh at herself at the idea of it. But it didn't seem as far fetched as she thinks.

Dany listened to the girl in earnest, crossing her legs. Wow, so much knowledge! Dany wasn't sure if she could keep up, but that wouldn't hurt... She was determined to make friends.

"So why don't we unpack and perhaps do something for our first night as roommates?" She said, nodding as if she was affirming her own idea was awesome.

Savannah stopped her dream of thought and threw a gaze at Dany. Do something for their first night? Now this was something the fox didn't know of, what did students do during the night. She assumed that they were either asleep or studying whatever they studied.

"I will be in your care then, a student's lifestyle is one I've never experienced." She told Dany before bowing to her.

The fox then spun on her heels and attended to her belongings. Out of her bag were various dairy looking books, they were stacked on a nearby desk. Her hands brushed one of the books, she gave it a longing look. The next set of items were photographs and a fairly old camera. She placed those quickly into a drawer by her bed. A small sigh came from Savannah, weakly smiling at the drawer.

Her attention was then directed to Dany. "What will be our first step." She queried, wiping away her previous expression.

Dany noticed the sigh, but she didn't say anything, mostly because she didn't want to upset her new roommate. That was the worst feeling ever. Moving into Starlight Academy was a big change, and Dany herself had been a tad bit emotional about her new life.

"I'm guessing we could order some pizza. Have you had pizza before? It's really good. Surprisingly this island has an awesome pizza place! I could call it in, or we could maybe go out to eat some, or whatever you want!" Dany smiled again. She found it hard to stop smiling, really.

Pizza? Savannah couldn't recall if she ever had a thing, chances were that she hadn't. The fox lightly shook her head in answer. What she did know was that they came in many tastes and flavours. "Meat, as long there is meat and fine liquor." She began. Wait, this was a school? Did they allow alcohol here? This was something the fox also didn't know.

"Is there such restriction as a curfew here at Starlight? Or is this something more secretive?" She asked almost playfully, hoping Dany would tell her that there are rules regarding when students can and not be out of campus. "I do fancy the idea of venturing out, but here can be equally as entertaining, or as entertaining as we make it." Savannah pondered.
