Malara grinned at the girl and shrugged simply. With a flourish she made clothes appear on herself, a beautiful layered gown made of different colored silks. The kind of thing she wore back when she lived as a princess on her first planet. "You're just afraid you wouldn't be able to resist me for long. I felt that small spike of lust when I stripped. That's fine though. I have so much to show you. But fine, I accept your terms, Illiya."

Parting the white void with her hands, Malara let a wicked grin creep across her face. "Bloody? Not yet. I want you to see something you've never seen before. Why I was thrown onto this garbage planet..."

The scene before them shimmered and changed. They were standing in the throne of heaven, the place where Malara and Afzal's mother dwelt. It was a glorious place of impossible structures and shining beauty.
At the far end was the rainbow throne, and sitting atop it was their mother. As beautiful as Malara with hair of as many shimmering colors as the throne itself, she had an air about her that made one feel small in her presence, despite her standing only slightly taller than a normal human.

From the far end of the throne room, two gigantic doors burst open. Malara strode in in her full glory. Towering over ten stories tall, five legs moving in perfect synchronization to walk her across the floor. From her waist, three golden feminine torsos emerged, naked breasts exposed to the air, each one having three arms and a head with fiery golden hair. All of her eyes burned like rubies, angry -snarls forming on her lips.

"WHERE IS HE!" The apparition screamed, her words echoing through the chamber. She was shouting in their language, the tongue of the gods, but a translation echoed with it for Illiya's benefit. Fire spewed from her mouths with every word.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH AFZAL?!"

The mother's eyes never opened, and her lips grew thin with anger. "Your wretch of a brother forgot his place. As you are now. You were created to serve me, not to make a grab at godhood for yourselves. Your brother will return when I deem he has suffered enough punishment."

"FUCK YOU! YOU SIMPLY CANNOT STAND THAT HE CRESTED SOMETHING GREATER THAN YOU EVER COULD HAVE. RETURN HIM NOW, OR ELSE."

"Do not threaten me with that form. I gave you that form. You are nothing witho-"
The mother was cut off mid sentence by the twisted black iron of one of Malara's flails striking her cheek, cutting the flesh and causing her eyes to snap open abruptly.
"You DARE!?"

The rainbow goddess stood, taking a monstrous form far more incomprehensible than Malara's own. Noticeably, it still bore the gash from the flail on one of its faces. With a wave of one of its arms, the memory of Malara was lifted into the air and reduced to her normal size, albeit still with golden skin. Fire leaked from her body, forming a ball of pure divine energy in her mother's outstretched hand.
"IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR BASTARD BROTHER SO MUCH, THEN GO TO HIM. I WILL BE GLAD TO BE RID OF SUCH INGRATES."

Malara was flung through the ceiling, which was just open air staring up at a nebulae. Like a comet she hurtled through empty space, her powers fading as the spark of divinity left behind grew.
Mother shrank back to her human form and touched the bloodied spot in her cheek. It healed quickly, but the look of shock remained.
"Little whore... She will be Afzal's problem now. Maybe they will kill each other."

As the memory faded and the whiteness returned, Malara stood in shock. She did not remember that last bit at all. Was it because part of her spark was still there? She grabbed her arms in a self embrace, gnashing her teeth angrily. The bitch had sent her here to torment Afzal.

Illiya rolled her eyes at Malara's statement. There was no way in hell she would let Malara touch Vatar's grandest prize. Though thoughts of what Malara would do to her made her squirm a bit. Malara had probably been to mes before and god knows what he did with the men there. Illiya shook the idea from her mind as she was wondering about the past. Who knows how her people had turned out after she left. Vatar had created her but she always had this underlying feeling it wasnt true and the thought scared her some nights. What if she was just another number in the lottery of Prax and Vatar just happened to choose her.

Illiya pouted a bit as she watched Malara change into some really flamboyant clothing. She wore it as if she owned the world and was all powerful. Even Illiya felt a bit intimidated being in her presence. That feeling followed by what Malara said made her eel uneasy. Just what had she done to make Khalida mad. Illiya and Malara hovered over the illustious heaven of Khalida. Angels flew back and forth and watching over it all was her. Her radiance sent panic in to Illiya's heart. She had only seen Mother twice in all her life. When Vatar presented her when she was a child and when she watched his memories get taken. The woman's many colored hair gave her the look of love and all things good. However Illiya knew under that veil was something as vile as a demon.

Illiya watched the story play out with interest. It wasnt long before the main character appeared in her other form. The three headed woman wielding the flails towered over the room greatly and Illiya could see Kayra and Tira watching from either side of Mother staring with evil eyes at the woman who would dare burst into the throne room like such. Malara, goddess of lust and war stood before all the high angels and bickered with her mother. Even Illiya had to commend her bravery. When Vatar's memory was being wiped Illiya could only sit and cry paralyzed with fear and regret. When Malara struck Mother Illiya's eyed flared in suprise then return to normal. Of course it was this of all things. It wasnt like Vatar. Malra had openly challenged Khalida. The rest that followed was of no suprise to Illiya she had seen it before. The divine spark which Malara held so dear was stripped and she was thrown to earth.

When the vision faded Illiya looked over to Malara who seemed to be in suprise. She must've not remembered the ending. If in her punishment Mother was using her to hurt someone. Illiya felt a sense of pity for the woman but didn't let it show. The last thing Malara would want was to be belittled. "Well......im glad to see you care about master so much you would fight her" Illiya had grown a tinge of respect for the girl. Malra prattled on and on about her godhood but she threw it away to try and help her baby brother.

The moment was so sweet Illiya let a single tear trail before wiping it away hoping Malara hadnt noticed."While I still think youre a vile and annoying whore atleast you are loyal to famly. That I can surely respect".Illiya gave a small smile and removed the scene so not to let Malara dwell. This time she dug through her memory and found Mes. The large planet glowed with beauty as they were atop some rolling hills. The lush green was beautiful and breathtaking. The wind and grass felt as real as that on earth and it brought back good memories. " What happened here?" if her memory took them here surely something must've happened for it to be so easy to find.

"Of course I would. I love my brother above all others, and would do anything for him." Malara was almost insulted. Of course she would fight a god for her brother's sake. She would do anything he asked, if she were being really honest with herself.
Quickly recomposing herself after witnessing the additional memory, she watched as the landscape changed to an idyllic scene of Mes. The sky was orange-ish yellow, so it must have been before the cleansing. Turning around, Malara saw what was the central focus of the memory. "That... is what happened here."

Behind them was a massive walled city or gorgeous shining stone. Lowenthaal, the capital of one of the civilizations she had been charged with eradicating. Noticeably, smoke rose from behind the wall.
The memory moved, throwing Malara and Illiya into the middle of a city street. Khalida's angels herding frightened citizens into panicked droves where they were menaced while they awaited their fate.

A building fell like a child's toy, and more screams rang through the streets. The memory turned, and the ground shook menacingly. Around the corner came Malara's goddess form, towering above all but the tallest buildings. On her shoulder stood Afzal, black ether seeping from his golden skin and a trail of wailing souls following in his wake.

The memory shifted once again, and now Malara and Illiya were standing on the opposite shoulder of the goddess' front facing torso. One of the flails swung low, splattering dozens of terrified civilians into bloody mess. A gout of flame turned dozens more to ash. And each death that occurred let out a tiny wisp that floated dejectedly towards Afzal's growing hoard of souls.

Malara stood stock still with an expression of wide eyed terror, tears welling up in her eyes of their own accord as she watched he awful affair. What the hell was she seeing? She vividly remembered these people crowding together, cheering and praising her as she took their lives. Their fear was awe for her glory. They were willing sacrifices. They had to be. That's all she had ever known. She would never...

"NOOO!!!"

Malara screamed as she dropped to her knees and clutched her ears to drown out the pleas for mercy and the awful sounds of death and destruction. In response, the whole memory shook apart, returning them to the idyllic hillside where they could watch Lowenthaal razed and brought from a shining jewel to smoldering ash. Malara shook with a fear and uncertainty she had never known before. Her mouth dried out as she had no idea how to even respond to what she had just seen.

Illiya caught herself as the scene changed to the carnage that was going on around her. The walls were painted in blood and the carcasses littered the street all around her. At her feet was a little girl.At least what looked like one. It was hard to tell as the creature had three arms and legs and her lower half was missing for her to check the hardware. It was as if she was cleaved in half cleanly as entrails spilled out of her a few feet away from her lower half.Screams pierced the ears wherever she focused as mothers cradled their kids and men fled in terror from the descending angels.

Illiya could only recognize Tia. Her eyes were as red as a rose and her hammer was dripping blood onto the pavement below her. Illiy focused her attention to the left street from their four way street way. A bolt of energy pierced the head of a man as he was coming toward her. His body dropped like a puppet with its strings cut and the body flopped on top of the little girls. His body quickly melded with the pungent odor that had taken over the city,Illiya's nose were fully flared up from the stench. To her right people in chans were being led in the hundreds to a crystal Pillar. It was black in nature and irradiated nether.

The nether felt familiar as if she had been around it before. As the people approached it they screamed in terror as their souls were pulled from their body's and only the husk remained. Illiya could not see where the husk were being led but she was sure it would be terrible. Illiya looked into the sky as the scene changed .

They were atop what she quickly noticed as Malara walking and crushing the infrastructure of the vast city. Illiya quickly noticed her aster was atop the opposite one. She had seen that trail of souls before. It was the life force of the planet the very thing that made a person a person. Wails came from the trail as souls longed to be with their bodies once more hoping all this was a nightmare. Illiya's eyes widened as she saw the piles of carcasses getting bigger as Malara ran through the people like a lawn mower and grass. It was quite the spectacle.

Far past the scene Kayra could be seen flying above leading the lesser minions of Khalida. They wore crude armor and weapons and seemed to stem from many different species. Clearly they were sufferers of the same fate she was witnessing. If it wasnt for Malara's scream Illiya would have taken the scene more but quickly it all vanished. The sudden noise made Illiya jump and look to Malara quickly.

"Whats wrong!?"......Illiya took in her face and the sheer terror and understood. "Is it this tough for you to face the things you have done".....Illiya conjured up a glass of water and handed it to her."Here take this and get yourself together. Those people are dead and there is nothing that can be done." Illiya stood up as if lording over Malara as she changed to a new scene. This one as expected was in what seemed to be a Praxian brothel as woman of dark skin and purple eyes were embracing each other passionately .

Malara didn't look up from the ground before her at the erotic spectacle that had presented itself. She twisted her face in anger and anguish, barely registering anything around her.

From the eastern wall of the room a set of curtains parted and a memory of Malara entered gracefully. Her golden skin radiated with divine light as the Prax women moved to disrobe her. Their hands and lips explored the goddess's body, and the memory of Malara grinned pleasantly as she caressed the women like one might a pet.

But the real Malara reacted to none of this. She looked up at Illiya, tears streaming forcefully down her cheeks.
"They were willing sacrifices. That's what she told me. That's what I saw. But that... Illiya I never... I don't take what isn't offered. It's not my way of doing things. There's no pleasure to be had in..."

The truth was, Malara didn't know what to say. The memories were awful and she had no real way of responding to them.

As the real Malara sat on the floor, slumped in defeat, the memory lounged back triumphantly as each of the Prax women competed to give the demigoddess more pleasure than the other. They each bore a tattoo signifying themselves as Daughters of Flame.

She drank deeply from the offered water and looked on the scene before her. She smiled softly at the memory of the pleasure, but it was a dry, joyless smile. Her mind still reeled from the shock of what she had just seen. Would this scene too throw her for a loop and destroy her notions of what she knew to be true?
Malara honestly feared that the answer might be yes.

"No... You're right. I can't take it back. But... Gods I wish... I could."
The words fell out without thought, probably the most honest thing Malara had ever said in her long life. It shocked her, as she had never once doubted who she was or what she was supposed to be.

Illiya sighed a stress breath at the broken women in front of her. The calm collected women who was just there a second ago had vanished almost completely. Illiya didn't know what to really say to Malara. Nothing could be changed and even wishing for it to be different didn't mean anything to the lives that were lost and the dead bones that are probably scattered all over Mes deep within the earth.

Illiya watched as the scene around her continued and felt the mood wasnt very comforting for her or Malara. Illiya waved her hand and the scene changed the field was different from the others and the focus had changed. In view was a small dark skinned girl. Her tan hair was painted red with blood and the armor she wore had little room for the bright sun to gleam off of. Next to her was a taller more demanding figure. He had wings as silver as his armor and his long black hair made his red eyes draw focus to whoever looked his way.

The man was Awnia Archangel of Khalida also known the hated one. He was the most respected angel in the eyes of the lesser creatures of heaven. However his fellow angels despised him for his ruthlessness and lack of humility. Illiya tapped Malara and pointed for her to look. They were standing over a grass land with a gentle breeze causing waves. The sea of green made it look like they were standing in an exotic ocean. Far in the distance a large shadow could be seen. Men endowed with elegant armors and guided weapons stood across the way. It was a large army and even further behind them the shadows of a castle town could be seen.

"This was a long time ago. I cant even remember how old I was. Teacher was showing me how to properly serve master." Illiya's voiced had a bit of struggle in it as the words got caught in her throat a bit. Behind the small girl and Awnia were over 100 large beast men of Varying species. One stood a few stories tall and shadowed over the dark skinned girl it grotesque face dripping green blood onto her arm. Beneath them were the liquidated flesh of the previous men who ran into them. It was the leading party and among them somewhere was Illiya's first kill.

" This is the day my fate and mind was changed forever. I was pushed into a murderer and a killer mindset. Though that didn't make me a monster." Illiya's toned had changed and become more stiff. Dark memories were coming back and all the people she had taken from this world for her true love brought her a sense of peace."Look at this" she waved her hands erasing the scene and a new one formed.

They were in a tree and the sun could not be seen anywhere. The clouds covered the moon leaving only black and darkness. The only thing illuminating the are around her was the bright burning flames in the distance. Screams could be heard and the sound of metal clashing rang like an orchestra of death and destruction.

" They were beast before we came....Killers,murderers,rapist the lot of them were cruel." The dark skinned girl appeared again from below the tree and pointed to movement in the distance. The world around them changed and Malara and Illiya were now closer to the movement. It was a large stream of naked women being led off in chains by soldiers wielding the same gorgeous armor and guilded weapons.

"This was there fate before we arrived. We can both imagine what was to become of those women and children. This world. These people saw it as necessary to do these to appease their god." Illiya made a verbal sound of disgust at the thought of barbaric tributes. As bad as Khalida was she would never allow the purity of a women to be forcefully tarnished. The Prax were a vision of her love for women and the female form. Their culture revolved around respecting women and men. "Mother wasnt pleased and as such we handed down divine justice and gave the planet a fresh start."

The scene returned to the same grassy fields though the picture was different. The green sea that once settled here was now red and only moans and groans filled the air. The brushing of leaves were mute to the noise of pain. The small dark skinned girl emerged once more, her purple eyes seemed dead and cold as she held a heading her small grip.

In front of them was Awnia once more his armor as clean and pure as before only green blood dripped from his sword. He placed a small hand on the little girls shoulder and grew a big smile patting her on the head. That little dark skinned girl giggled in kind. The scene went back to white and Illiya gave Malara the same cold dead look the girl shared. " We don't become monsters Malara we are born monsters. We just spend our lives keeping it caged." Illiya blew an annoyed breath and just looked into the never ending void of white in front of her. "Dont beat yourself up over the past just look to a better future here on the island.Maybe we could even grow to like each other. If you can accomplish that than you can surely find a life here." Illiya chuckled a bit letting a small smile escape.

Malara watched the scenes with her jaw set. She stood as they passed her by, the carnage that such a young girl was made to commit. It was arguably for a good cause, but still. Khalida had angels. And before their falling out, she had had Malara. Why did she need a little mortal girl to slaughter in her name?
As the scenes faded out, Malara stared out at the plane of white.

"Monsters huh? Oh I am most definitely a monster, Illiya. But perhaps you are right."

With a wave of her hand, Malara changed the scenery. She meant to take them somewhere more relaxing and pleasing on the eyes, rather than the stark, harsh white of the link itself. What materialized around them was Malara's old bedroom, from the first planet she had lived on. Her home world.
It was lavish, fit for a princess. The bed was massive and almost rounded at the edges. It was covered in gorgeous violet and white silks that acted as curtains, obscuring the bed itself behind their translucence. Malara sat on the edge of the bed and smiled, offering a seat beside her to Illiya.

"So what would you have me do. I'm lost, and you are the expert. I am sure you counsel Vatar all the time. And Jafar is not here for me. So please Illiya, tell me what I should do."

Illiya rubbed the back of her head blowing another annoyed breath. Now she had to give advice? her job was hard enough watching one demigod. Plus she had no clue what Malara could do. Her initial thought was become a prostitute but Vatar would kill her for saying that. Illiya sat down and crossed her legs atop the bed staring at the blank white floor. Malara had very good traits for fighting so maybe a underground fighter? No, that seemed to easy Illiya thought a the idea of Malara hurting people was the last thing she wanted at this moment.

"You could be a model.....Or like a cute face at a cafe like me. I just have to smile and look pretty which I do naturally anyway." Illiya gave a soft fake smile at Malara before going back to pondering what else she could do for.....life in general really. Its not like Malara had ever really worked a day in her life unless it involved killing people. "That or you can just go to school like master and try to get a degree in something. Maybe you could join the force like him. You have a knack for fighting and maybe doing good would help you repent." Illiya slam a fist into her hand as she was so proud of her idea that she grew elated a bit. "Then Vatar can keep you out of trouble and my job will be easier~" She didnt mean to say that out loud but shewas so happy that it just slipped.
