On the deck sat a young man; his bare feet scraped the water surface; his eyes covered by his wild hair; his figure silloetted by the moon. Beside him a pair of flipflops; his loose brown sweatshirt and grey pants keeping him warm from the slightly chilly breeze occasionally flowing through, His gave seemed distant though and he remained silent; enjoying the solace of the lake; drawn with chalk under his sleave sat a simple hexagram the chalk sitting closer to him. The water seemed as black as the sky at night; the only light being the moon reflecting brilliantly; leaving a soft ease of light onto the dock's wooden surface. A few picknick tables sat scattered around the lake. But Schnyder knew he shouldn't be out this late at night especially because he'd probably get in trouble if a school administrator found him lounging around this late at night but he didn't care alot either for some reason; it was a perfect night to see the stars and Mars became slightly visable in the night's sky reflecting on his red optics with a similar glint.

A figure walked along the lakeside, her gaze focused on the water a graceful smile crossed her face. It was as if the water made the girl just that much more happy. The figure was dressed in a baggy white shirt covering a white tank top, the jacket was black and simple it seemed old fashioned compared to other things at the academy. Her black pants were baggy as well, they didn't seem to have an obvious figure because of the clothing choice. The wind lightly played with her jacket gently touching her face, she loved the feeling of wind. She was tempted to let her hair flow with the wind, she looked to make sure no one was around.

She then noticed the boy, she sort of felt disappointed. She rarely ever let her hair flow in the wind, and it was such a beautiful night. She remembered how on the Dairina they'd cuddle up on the deck with a warm blanket on such a night and how the Captain would tell them about the old times on sea that his father told him. She smiled lightly wondering why a boy would be out here so late at night in the cold. She walked towards the docks then stopped right behind him. "May I sit here?" She asked referring to the empty spot beside him. "What might you be thinking about?" She asked him admiring the sky once again. She always thought the sky was best viewed on the ocean in a ship, but on land one could still see some of it's beauty. Though the reflection against the ocean water was more beautiful especially with the ocean's air.
