Fweiu Partial Shifting

I want to add the following to the end of Fweiu Rukt'In's Human/Dragon Shifting active ability:

Fweiu can also shift parts of her dragon form to be more humanlike, or vice-versa. In dragon form, she might grow humanlike hands with opposable thumbs, or she might gain the ability to comfortably stand upright. In human form, she can give herself powerful claws, wings, tough scales, and superhuman strength. Making her human form more dragonlike will increase its overall size, and making her dragon form more humanlike will decrease its size.
