I'd like for Fitz to get himself a ring to even the playing field with all the magical wankers on the island. To that end, what I have in mind is:

Fitz has a talisman that he wears around his neck, hidden under his shirt. It blocks out any supernatural ability, passive or active, that would affect him. This doesn't extend any further than his own person, but does prevent things like magical fire from damaging him. Or, for example, if someone with magically enhanced strength tried to punch him, their punch would get reduced to what they should naturally have.

Man this is messy, but it's effectively just a power bracelet that is applied to him rather than other people. That said, it doesn't stop them from just... pulling away. It's mostly defensive, and in theory someone could steal it.

I'm going to say this is 10 just because of how nicely it can (and will) be used.
