"It seems all too easy in a way." Zora admitted, extremely aware that guilt was weighing her down and preventing her from moving forward in a way. She knew she had to let it go, but it was easier said than done.

"I don't even know where or how to start displacing my guilt," she confessed sitting forward in her seat. "I have spent months blaming myself for my brother's actions, probably even years, if I am honest." she told Valli with a tired sigh, the session starting to take its toll on her.

It was easier said than done, and Valli recognized it, giving her a small smile.

"You begin by doing little things. You won't be able to get rid of it all in one great big push. You have to go bit by bit. Chip it down, piece by piece, and one day you'll wake up and realize that you no longer feel guilty for things that aren't your own responsibility."

But it was obvious that she was becoming exhausted. They'd covered a lot of ground, and Valli paused for a moment before giving a small nod.

"I think we should probably wrap it up there. I think you probably have a lot to think about, and if I give you much more you'll end up more overwhelmed then you already are. Any objections?"

"No, no objections," Zora said shaking her head. The session had given her a lot to think about, and to consider. She didn't even know where to start but assumed that once she was home, she'd figure it out. Maybe she'd talk to Celeste first, then Broen...

"And thank you again. You've been very helpful," Zora said as she got to her feet and offered Valli her hand. "I'd like to book another appointment, but it would have to be after the holidays," she confessed, not seeing herself having much free time between here and new years.
