She stood by one of the large windows on the second floor of the grand ballroom, dwarfed by its size while contemplating whether or not to go outside. She doubted anyone would enter the ballroom when there was no scheduled event for the night or even the following week, but still, standing on the secluded balcony would ensure her privacy. However, the gray-blue eyed female decided to stay on the second floor, leaning her petite frame against the railing.

So why was she in the ballroom? To dance wasn't the answer. The answer was instead to simply be. Lahi was off with Fishi, and with the rare time away from her family, she'd decided to have some time alone. With a sigh she hung her head forward, multi-colored strand falling forward to reveal her bare neck. It was a rare moment for Lune, one where she looked like an actual human, in a moment of weakness.

Ember grabbed at her hair with rage. She didn't know why, but she was annoyed; there was no particular reason for this annoyence, but she was just annoyed with everything. In a more simpler phrase,: she was in a bad mood. The girl figured it was maybe some mood swing or something. She was walking on the hallway of the second floor and reached the door to the ballroom. She'd been to the ballroom a few times already, but none for an actual event. It didn't matter to her, for she found the ballroom to be peaceful when empty and it always soothed her when she was inside. That was what she needed, to calm down, so into the ballroom she went.

Hoping to be alone, when Ember opened those doors to the ballroom, her heart sunk. It was on the second floor of the room adn she was not alone. There was another girl who was simply leaning over the railing and staring out into nothing. Though Ember was disappointed to find that there was always someone in the ballroom, she thought differently tonight. Maybe the other girl was in the ballroom to have some peace or something as well. Ember quickly fixed her hair, after grabbing at it so much she believed she must've looked psychotic, and walked over to the other girl. She stood next to her and leaned over the railing, letting her raven colored hair fall over her left shoulder, and just stayed there. She didn't want ot say anything first, so she let a few moments pass by before saying a simple, "Hey."

Lune stood then, slowly, wavy locks falling back over her shoulders wispy bangs falling into her eyes as she simply looked at the intruder on her privacy. She was entirely too close, her personal space invaded, so Lune took two steps back. It was then that her head was tilted to the side, large eyes simply scanning the being before her. To the two who received warm words from the seventeen year old, the awkward head angle was a sure sign that further contact was inadvisable. Her features were neutral though, showing no hint of the venom within. When her head finally rose to be straight once more, Lune turned on her heel and headed to the main staircase, her intent to descend to the first floor then exit the room.

Only a minute or so had passed before the girl Ember had stood next to tooka few steps back, away from her. The immediate thought in ember's mind was: i]Did I do or say something? All I said was 'Hey'... Ember gave a guess that the girl had wanted to be alone or something and Ember had ruined her private time. She felt sad, never meaning to upset the stranger. The girl then headed for the staricase, most likely to exit the room to find somewhere else to be alone. Ember hesitated, she didn't want the girl to leave without apologizing or something, so that is what she did. As the girl headed down the stair, Ember said softly but loud, "I'm sorry for intruding. You should stay.." And she herslef, slowly spun around and headed for the door she had stepped through only moments ago.

"You've tainted the space," her voice was surprisingly melodious, the musical tones giving the impression of a kind person, which Lune wasn't. She hadn't even stopped to turn and look at the girl as she spoke, she simply kept walking as if the other being didn't matter. In Lune's mind the girl didn't, it just mattered that her aura would linger and Lune would have no peace.

What was this girl's problem? Ember apologized and she had to give a rude reply, apparently nice wasn't in her. No problem, Emer could be the same way, when she wanted.

"It was tainted the second you stepped foot in here." Ember snapped.

"Yes, it was. Is there any particular reason you feel the need to state the obvious," it was odd really, but Lune always asked questions, without actually asking them. She stated rather than asked, but this time as she spoke she actually stopped. Her feet rested on the bottom step, she even turned slightly to look back and up at the girl, a brow lifted as if to question the girl's intelligence.

Ember scoffed. "Well apparently it wasn't obvious to you because that's the reason you're leaving, isn't it?" The girl had actually stopped that time, and turned partially so she could look at her. Ember stopped as well, and leaned against the wall, arms across her chest; she wasn't in a good mood at all.
