Open Thread. Jump in if you want. But once Aylin and Narraine begin fighting don't interfere. It needs to be fought out.

It was a beautiful night. Aylin had had one of her rare nights off, and was now on her way to one of the common meeting places for people of the island. She remained unaware that not moments prior a woman, claiming to be her sister had left that very spot and was now on an unintentional collision course with her. The pair were in fact Sisters, born as a rare set of Twins, separated for four years now. Aylin had no knowledge or memory of her sisters existence. This was going to be the moment that Narraine had been waiting for, though it wouldn't be everything she had expected it to be.

Aylin was wearing a grey hoodie and a black dark red pleated skirt. Her hair was tied back neatly, and she had applied a little bit of make up so as to try and look pretty should she run into her boyfriend. She had spent the day being rather lazy as she recovered from the effects of the full moon a couple nights earlier.

She let out a sigh as she turned to cut through the park in the center of town. It was a short cut she often took. People had warned her not to cut through it after dark, but she had never had any sort of problem, as most who would harm her were intimidated by her incredible size. Because of this she was free to wander around and enjoy the feeling of the cool grass on her tail.

As she passed the large fountain near the center of the park, Aylin caught sight of something she hadn't expected to see. Up ahead, a white haired woman was clearly visible in the darkness. Though this was not so abnormal here as there were many white haired women. Even the blue flames in her hand seemed normal compared to some of the people she had seen. What really made her stand out was the long serpentine tail where her legs should have been. Aylins heart seemed to stop as she froze on the spot. She didn't know if this was real or not, or even what to do. Up until now she had so many things she wanted to say and do when she met one of her kind. But now, seeing one, right there, She froze.

"H-Hey.. Hey you..." It was not as friendly as it could have been but it was all she could muster.

So far things had gone smoothly. Just this morning she had managed to open a portal to this place, and hours later she had managed to track down a lead on her missing sister. It had been a very productive day. Now though she would need lodging for the night so she could continue her search in the morning.

She had gotten quite a bit of information. Her sister had a mate? A single partner of sorts. That was wrong in so many ways. How was she going to effectively reproduce? On top of that she worked at a brothel, willingly. Perhaps that was the most upsetting thing of all. Aylin was a remarkable creature of remarkable power, and now she was selling herself to the whims of men? It seemed impossible.

She conjured a flame into her palms to light her way as she entered into the park. its soft cool grass tickled her sensitive underside as she lazily slithered along. Her plan now was to go to this temptations in the morning and demand her sisters release from their service. And if they refused... The fire in her hand intensified as she thought about liberating Aylin.

Her thought and the quiet if the night was suddenly split by a voice calling out to her. It wasn't polite, nor particularly articulate but it was a voice, and it was directed at her. She looked over a moment flicking her tongue as she searched for whoever called to her. Narraine's first thought was that it may have been the kind woman from earlier who had run off so suddenly. But nothing could prepare her for what she would see. Off in the distance was a lamia. Not just any Lamia, but Aylin her sister.

Her clothing was different, but Narraine could recognize her anywhere. In a flash she bolted across the grass towards Aylin. "Aylin.. Aylin.. It's You.. It's really you." She called out as she closed the distance between them throwing her arms around her sister when she got to her. "I've been looking for so long."

Before Aylin could say anything else she was locked in a hug. The other Lamia was surprisingly quick, and as her arms locked around Aylins neck she could feel her strength as well. Narraine's body pressed up against her own, and as she felt the base's of their tails touch she was overcome with emotion. In a flurry Aylin through her arms around the other woman sharing the embrace. This had been all she had wanted, to meet someone like her and know that she wasn't alone.

Tears had begun to flow from her eyes as she tightened her hug, bringing her tail around and to run alongside the Narraine's. Aylin was astonished to see that the other woman's tail looked exactly like hers, without the red scaled patterns that adorned her own. She pulled back from the hug for a moment to look into the same eyes as her own. In fact the appearances of both Lamia were remarkably similar.

"I was worried that I was the only one... I'm so happy to see someone like me." Aylin managed to stammer. It hadn't even dawned on her that the other woman had referred to her by name, she was just too over whelmed by the whole thing.

After a few moments Narraine pulled back from the hug and took Aylin by the hand. "C'mon. Were going home." She pulled on Aylin's hand attempting to pull her along, but found it much too difficult to move the other Lamia. She tried again, pulling on her hand, and looking back over her shoulder with a sincere look of confusion. She wanted to get Aylin out of this place, take her home and show everyone that she had found her.

"Why.. Why aren't you coming Aylin?" She asked confused. She didn't want to be caught out in the open like this. Who knew what kind of creatures lurked here in the darkness. Then again she was confident that between Aylin and herself they could handle anything that came along.

Still though she didn't understand why Aylin was not moving. Was it the mate she had found? that was ok, instead of one she could have a dozen back home. The bondage to the brothel? Narraine would save her. They'd never find her. Even by her own words she was happy to see... someone like her?

Narraine released Aylins hand and looked at her with even more confusion. She was speaking like she didn't know who she was. What was going on? "Aylin... Why?... I mean... What?" Tears had started forming in her eyes.

Aylin was just as confused as Narraine was when the woman started to pull on her saying they had to go. Where did she want to go? Her home was here, with her friends. She had school and a job, and responsibilities. None of this made sense. And now more concerning, how did this woman know her name. After a second the woman released her hand and made her own confusion notably clear.

"I'm sorry... I don't think I am who you think I am. My name is Aylin yes. But I live here." Aylin started as she watched tears forming in Narraine's eyes. "This is my home... Did.. Did you just get here?" Aylin was trying to sound composed as she thought perhaps this woman was confused by her new surroundings. Maybe she just needed to lay down for a bit for things to make a little more sense.

"Do you... Do you need a place to stay?"

Narraine wiped away her tears as she felt anger welling up inside her. She had spent years trying to find her sister. Everyone had said it was impossible, but she never gave up hope. She tried and tried and tried again looking for any means to bring her sister home. And finally after what felt like a lifetime without her twin, she had managed to find the way to her. But now, the woman she had come to find was not the sister she had lost. Yes she looked like her, but this was not the Aylin she remembered.

"So that's it then is it Aylin? Your just gonna stay here and.. and be some cheap whore?" Her voice had changed from the soft and happy voice it had been at the start to one of anger as she backed up away from Aylin. "Your home.. You had a home... I was part of your home... Im your sister and your gonna turn your back on me?" Narraine was working herself up now.

She wanted to lash out at her sister for making her hurt like this. She was just so angry. A singular ball of fire began to form in her hand as she reared up ten feet into the air on her tail. "I died when I lost you once... I wont lose you again." She hissed as she attempted to appear menacing.

Suddenly the mood of the entire situation had changed. The Lamia who had yet to introduce herself had suddenly switched from happy, to aggressive as she verbally lashed out at Aylin, calling her a cheap whore. Aylin could feel her own blood boiling as she pulled back, from Narraine. "Im not a cheap whore..." She had meant to finish with that she was an expensive whore, but found herself at a loss for words when the woman identified herself as her sister. "Your... My.." Again she was cut off by the other woman, this time the ball of fire in her hand caught her attention as she reared up to loom in over her.

Aylin wasn't sure what to do now. She wasn't a fighter and this woman clearly wanted problems. But if they really were sisters, then why would she be acting like this? what was the deal here? "I.. I don't understand what's going on here. How do you know me? Why Are you doing this?" Aylin called up to the woman looming over her. This was getting really bad really quick.

Narraine was beyond talking now. Her anger had built up and it was all towards Aylin. She hissed loudly throwing the fireball at her sister. It was not stocked to a terrible level, but it was still enough to sear skin should it make contact. She followed up by lifting up higher and slamming her body down into the Grass where Aylin ought to have been. She had used alot of force in the impact, and had made a sizable dent in the ground where she had struck.

The only answer that Aylin got was a fireball thrown in her direction. this was escalating too fast and she had no idea what to do. She wasn't however about to sit back and let some woman throw fireballs at her.

Aylin acted fast, pulling herself back as the fireball struck the grass where she had been standing only a moment ago. She was inches from it and could feel the intense heat radiating off of it. She gritted her pointed teeth and looked up in time to see the womans body coming towards her at tremendous speed. She responded by pulling to the side with only a second to spare. It would have been another devastating attack if it had landed.

But this was not going to be settled defensively. Aylin would need to fight back. the problem was she didn't know how. The only thing she could think of was to grab the woman and try and hold her down, so in a flash she pounced, grabbing Narraine's wrists and forcing her over onto her back. "Stop it..Please" Aylin pleaded as she lifted her tail up to put more weight on the aggressive Lamia

Narraine had missed both attacks. Not due to her own lack of skill, but instead to the quick movements of her sister. She was also almost instantly tackled to the ground by the larger Lamia. Her wrists were pinned down and Aylins massive weight was quickly being applied to her body, but this was nothing she wasn't used to. After all they had fought like this since they were kids.

"Ha It looks like your still in there somewhere" She hissed as she began wrapping her tail around Aylin's torso squeezing her tighter and tighter. "But you should know better than this sister." AS she tightened her grasp, she pressed back on the earth under her rolling over on top of Aylins body turning the tables on her.

To anyone watching Narraine was clearly the more experienced fighter as she twisted and wove her body around her sisters to gain the advantage. In a flash she managed to pin Aylin down, and was tightening her grip on the Lamia with every second. A moment later and there was a loud crack like that of a gunshot. One of Aylins ribs had broken.

"Aww.. I bet that hurt." Narraine taunted as her victory seemed inevitable.
