Jasmine looked around the dusty room and sighed. It sure was....dusty. She didn't really care for this kind of look, but it didn't matter. Walking around, she ran her hand over some old books and tried reading the titles, but they were too old and the titles had worn off.

"Dusy isn't it?" Jamie said with a small grin. They had been walking around the school, and then had decided to come up and look around the third floor. He looked over her shoulder at the books.

Jasmine glanced over her shoulder at him and found his face was mere inches from her own. She grinned slightly and nodded at him. "Very." She pulled one book off the shelf and opened the cover to see if the title was inside the book. Life as a Pirate was the name of this book. Jasmine shook her head and replaced the book. "As if pirates really used to live," she muttered, smirking.

Jamie laughed. Loudly. "You don't think they did?" He asked, still chuckling. He took the book from her hands and studied the cover.

Jasmine turned to look at him, leaning against the bookshelf. "No, I don't. Pirates and such are all just myths from fantasy storybooks."

Jamie laughed again. "Of course they existed!" He said. "They still do..." He wondered if she knew about the evil pirates near the school.

Jasmine shook her head and quirked a brow at him. "And how would you know this?" She poked him and decided to tease. "Are you a pirate?"

Jamie was still grinning from ear to ear, looking a little idiotic. "Sure am." He said seriously and poked her back.

Jasmine rolled her eyes and decided to humor him. "Prove it, Mr. Captain Jack Sparrow."

"Who?" Jamie asked. He'd never heard of Captain Jack Sparrow before. But he'd heard people mention him before, so he guessed he'd been a famous pirate...after his time obviously. But that wouldn't be right. Because Jasmine thought Pirates didn't exist...
